The number of the MyBenefit cafeteria platform users is dynamically increasing – it already amounts to over 500,000 employees and is still growing. These types of solutions are becoming more and more popular. According to the survey carried out after the first lockdown for the Activity report, almost one in two Polish employees indicated the cafeteria platform as a desired benefit.
This interest is reflected in the ever-growing number of companies whose employees can use the MyBenefit platform. The increased interest in the solutions consisting of a wide spectrum of benefits within one platform results, among others, from changes in employees’ needs that occur during the pandemic. Employees expect a wide range of benefits tailored to their current situation. Flexibility of choice and the ability to use the benefits online is also important.
– For many companies the pandemic means accelerated digitisation. Many employers have opened up to technological solutions also in the area of non-financial benefits. This is confirmed by the increases on our platform but also by surveys which show that for 48.2% of employees cafeteria platforms are the most desirable benefit right after flexible working hours, medical packages and co-financing for training and courses – explains Jolanta Rycerz, President of the Management Board at MyBenefit.
The most desirable employee benefits are available on the MyBenefit platform. These include not only medical care packages or access to online education but mostly all kinds of benefits supporting the care of physical and mental condition. It is this holistic approach to managing health programmes that is gaining more and more popularity during the pandemic. Employees are more and more aware of their needs and expect support in broadly understood wellbeing, for example through access to consultations with specialists: psychologists, personal trainers or nutritionists, as well as training platforms.
– In addition to the current offer, the expectations related to the possibility of flexible selection of benefits and using them online have come to the fore, says Jolanta Rycerz. – Our platform allows employees to spend their funds on the benefits they need at a given time. This possibility translated into an increase in the popularity of the benefit cafeteria.
The cafeteria system is by far the most convenient solution in the modern non-financial benefits market. Not only does it offer a wide range of ready-made benefits from various areas and locations available in one place but it also allows employees to independently decide and choose what is most attractive to them.
– We are still looking for solutions that will build a positive employee experience when using our platform, emphasises Jolanta Rycerz. – Our goal is to implement an intuitive and modern solution based on an efficient and safe technology, enabling the service of millions of the MyBenefit cafeteria users.
MyBenefit is used by companies for the comprehensive management of non-financial benefits and incentive programmes. It also supports and simplifies various HR processes. The MyBenefit cafeteria is to support an active lifestyle and employee development, building the idea of work-life balance. In the non-financial benefits industry, the MyBenefit cafeteria has been eagerly chosen by employers for years. Since 2013 MyBenefit Sp. z o.o. has belonged to the Benefit Systems capital group, the creator of the MultiSport Programme. | www.mybenefit.pl
