Benefit Systems, a provider of non-financial benefits, has finalised the purchase of two Gravitan fitness clubs in the Warsaw metropolitan area with a total area of over 4,000 square meters. As a result, the number of the company’s clubs within its own network increased to 200. The acquisition of attractive facilities is the next step of Benefit Systems that aims at expanding the company’s network of fitness clubs in the largest agglomerations in Poland, maintaining high product quality and consolidating a strong position on the Polish fitness market. The value of the transaction is PLN 21 million.
Benefit Systems has been operating on the Polish market for over two decades and is one of the leaders in providing non-financial benefits that support employees’ welfare. The company is the creator of the MultiSport Programme, which enables engaging in physical activity in sports facilities throughout the country. The Benefit Systems portfolio also includes the MyBenefit cafeteria platform and the MultiLife wellbeing programme.
For several years now, the company’s sports offer has been developed on foreign markets, including the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Bulgaria, and Croatia.
