Benefit Systems – the creator of the MultiSport Programme – entered the new year with a refreshed visual identification and product strategy, as well as an important project focused on sharing knowledge. As part of a special podcast series, the host – Jarosław Kuźniar, accompanied by such experts as Natalia Hatalska, Dr. Ewa Hartman, and Jakub Mauricz – will discuss the topic of wellbeing, motivation, as well as modern technologies supporting employees and employers. All this to draw companies’ attention to the welfare of their teams.
Crisis situations such as the COVID-19 pandemic have forced a new approach to the needs of employers and employees. Companies started to pay more attention to mental health and broadly understood work-life balance, while employees began to demand benefits that enable them to take care of their wellbeing. These trends had a significant impact on the offer and strategy of Benefit Systems. They established the company in its long-term strategy of focusing on employee welfare through appropriately designed benefit solutions. As a result, the portfolio of the creator of the MultiSport Programme was joined by the MultiLife online platform – a wellbeing operating system, as well as the changed MyBenefit cafeteria system which has also become a digital HR partner managing benefits and all HR processes on the client’s side. The company has created an ecosystem of complementary products to help employers support their employees’ wellbeing comprehensively. After over 20 years of activity, the company decided to change its graphic identification based on the logo of its well-known flagship product, the MultiSport Programme. The new one reflects the changes in the product strategy.
– Benefit Systems rebranding is much more than just a logo lifting. It is, above all, a presentation of the vision and mission of our company, which has been operating in the spirit of comprehensive care for wellbeing in the workplace and beyond for years. It is the translation of the values that are close to us, that we believe in and that we follow into the area of marketing communication of our brand ecosystem – explains Dorota Szostek-Rejowska, Marketing Director at Benefit Systems.
The brand identity is expressed in the “sage” and “innovator” archetypes. The Benefit Systems Group has been examining the needs of companies and employees for over 20 years to provide effective solutions tailored to their needs. The collected data, experiences, and observations, as well as the desire to support employers in creating a friendly work environment that enhances wellbeing, became the inspiration to create a series of videocasts and an HR newsletter.
Benefit Systems videocasts will be available on the YouTube platform, streaming channels such as Spotify, Apple Podcast and Voice House, as well as www.benefitsystems.pl website. The series of videocasts titled “Wellbeing Summit” will consist of 10 episodes – each with a different special guest – touching on topics related to wellbeing. The guest of the first episode will be Dr. Ewa Hartman, who will talk with Jarosław Kuźniar about the power of micro habits and their impact on the brain, brainbeing, and welfare. To promote the videocasts, a digital campaign was also planned covering Meta, YouTube, and LinkedIn channels. Promotional activities will be aimed at two complementary target groups: B2B, i.e. employers and HR teams, and B2C, i.e. end users of Benefit Systems services – employees. The series of videocasts, as well as cooperation with the host – Jarosław Kuźniar – and various experts, is a continuation of the activities initiated during the Benefit Systems “Wellbeing Summit” conference. The technical side of the podcasts is managed by Voice House.
Every two weeks, Benefit Systems will also send a special “Wellbeing Lab” newsletter to all its clients and subscribers. It will include articles, interviews with experts, as well as the results of analyses and research conducted by the non-financial benefits provider.
– The newsletter is a kind of trend book and a compendium of knowledge on supporting wellbeing in organisations. In this way, we want to build awareness of how important wellbeing is in our lives and accompany our clients and other companies on the way to achieving and strengthening it. It is important to understand that the sense of wellbeing is influenced by many factors that together create a whole. This includes taking care of physical activity, as well as general and mental health, nutrition, finances, and personal development. We will discuss all these topics in a biweekly newsletter – emphasises Dorota Szostek-Rejowska.
The newsletter is a project which promotional activities in the form of a multi-channel online campaign addressed to the B2B group have also been planned for. The campaign will include SEM, SEO, and programmatic activities, as well as promotion in Meta channels, LinkedIn and Benefit Systems portals. Influencer marketing activities with experts speaking in the newsletter are also planned.
