Benefit Systems takes over the Organic Fitness network and increases its portfolio of fitness clubs in Poland to 240 facilities

Benefit Systems acquired 100% of shares in MyOrganiq Sp. z o. o., which runs eight Organic Fitness clubs in western Poland. The value of the transaction is approximately PLN 25 million. The Organic network is a long-term partner of the MultiSport Programme, the offer of which is very popular among Benefit Systems Group’s sports card users.

As part of the agreement to acquire 100% of shares in MyOrganiq Sp. z o. o., Benefit Systems will acquire eight facilities in western Poland. Four of them are in Poznań, and the remaining ones in Bydgoszcz, Zgorzelec, Swarzędz and Stargard, as well as two new locations in Bydgoszcz and Lubin.

The undoubted advantage of Organic clubs is a variety of group classes, including those dedicated to seniors and children, functional and personal training under the supervision of experienced trainers, modern training equipment and a focus on the individual needs of each customer.

The Organic Fitness network has been operating since 2017. It offers eight facilities with a total area of over 7,000 square metres. As part of the network development, MyOrganiq has planned to open two new clubs in attractive locations in Bydgoszcz and Lubin (planned area of the facilities is 2,600 square metres). After taking over the Organic Fitness network, Benefit Systems portfolio includes a total of 240 clubs operating throughout the country. In recent months, Artis and Gym Poznań network clubs have joined the Benefit Systems Group’s portfolio. In October, the company also opened two new facilities (My Fitness Place in Krakow and Zdrofit in Warsaw).
