"body": "
The new Zdrofit club in Kraków is yet another facility in the network that demonstrates the direction in which Benefit Systems aims to develop the fitness market. The network increasingly combines training facilities with spaces dedicated to recovery, relaxation, and services supporting a healthy lifestyle. The facility offers both classic free-weight, strength-machine, and cardio zones, as well as specialised spaces designed to meet the increasingly diverse needs of those training there. These include the following zones: HYROX, Pilates Reformer, Fight (featuring an octagon and punching bags), Weightlifting, and Booty & Legs, as well as a cycling studio and a “Play” zone equipped with a ping-pong table and table football. Club members can also use a cycling studio and a fitness studio.

A key part of the facility is the recovery zone. It includes a relaxation area, two infrared saunas, a dry sauna, and physiotherapy services. Thus, within a single location, the user can combine training with recovery and rest.

When designing our clubs, we respond to our members’ needs. One in five new users of our Kraków clubs admits to exercising for better mental wellbeing – says \u0141ukasz G\u0105dek, Managing Director at Benefit Systems, Fitness Unit.
\n    <figure\n        class=\"release-content-image release-content-image--contained release-content-image--align-center\"\n        data-component=\"image-zoom-popup\"\n        data-image-zoom-popup-selector=\".release-content-image__image\"\n        data-image-zoom-popup-i18n=\"data:application/json;base64,eyJEb3dubG9hZCI6IkRvd25sb2FkIn0=\"\n        data-image-zoom-popup-tracking-views-event=\"Story Image View\"\n        data-image-zoom-popup-tracking-download-event=\"Story Image Download\"\n        data-image-zoom-popup-placement=\"content\"\n    >\n
\n            <img\n                src=\"https://cdn.uc.assets.prezly.com/ae2e6c25-7a0b-4183-9d3e-711442801004/-/resize/1200x/-/format/auto/\"\n                                class=\"release-content-image__image image-thumbnail-rollover__image\"\n                data-description=\"\u0141ukasz G\u0105dek, Managing Director at Benefit Systems, Fitness Unit\"\n                id=\"image-ae2e6c25-7a0b-4183-9d3e-711442801004\"\n                data-id=\"ae2e6c25-7a0b-4183-9d3e-711442801004\"\n                data-original=\"https://cdn.uc.assets.prezly.com/ae2e6c25-7a0b-4183-9d3e-711442801004/-/inline/no/DSC07705.jpg\"\n                data-mfp-src=\"https://cdn.uc.assets.prezly.com/ae2e6c25-7a0b-4183-9d3e-711442801004/-/resize/1200x/-/format/auto/\"\n                alt=\"\u0141ukasz G\u0105dek, Managing Director at Benefit Systems, Fitness Unit\"\n            />\n
\n                \n                <use xlink:href=\"#icon-expand\"></use>\n
\n
\n\n
\u0141ukasz G\u0105dek, Managing Director at Benefit Systems, Fitness Unit
\n
\n
The Zdrofit club in Kraków is the 300th club in Benefit Systems’ portfolio and the 242nd location for the Zdrofit brand in Poland. On the same day, the network also opened a Zdrofit club at 4 Pastelowa Street in Gda\u0144sk.

Zdrofit is already present in nearly 60 cities across Poland. We want to change this by expanding our network of clubs and increasing the availability of modern facilities for physical activity, including areas outside the largest metropolitan areas.
