– The results achieved confirm the continuation of favourable operational and sales trends, as well as the group’s sound financial condition. Consistent implementation of the adopted strategy, paired with an expansion of operations in foreign markets, translates into a steady improvement in key business metrics. In the second quarter of this year, the Benefit Systems Group improved its results across all operating segments. The group’s sales revenue amounted to PLN 1,460 million, up 33% compared to the corresponding period in 2025. The group recorded an adjusted operating profit of PLN 320 million (excluding costs associated with the incentive programme and one-off events) and a net profit attributable to shareholders of the parent company of PLN 222 million (compared to a net profit of PLN 143 million a year earlier).

– From a financial perspective, the group remains well-positioned for further growth. Solid business foundations, an expanding scale of operations, and consistent efficiency improvements provide us with a strong footing for the continued, sustainable building of the group’s value in the quarters and years ahead – says Marcin Fojudzki.

Poland Segment

In the second quarter, the Poland Segment (sports cards, fitness club networks –including Zdrofit, and the Multi.Life and MyBenefit programmes) recorded an 18% year-on-year increase in revenue to PLN 838 million. Operating profit amounted to PLN 216 million, representing a 13% year-on-year change. The number of cards in Poland rose by 11% year-on-year to 1,876.3 thousand, while the number of B2C passes stood at 360.8 thousand (a 27% year-on-year increase). At the end of June this year, Benefit Systems managed 296 fitness clubs.

EU Segment

The EU Segment, comprising the group’s operations in four markets (the Czech Republic, Bulgaria, Slovakia, and Croatia), increased its revenue by 30% year-on-year (PLN 376 million). Operating profit rose by 51% year-on-year to PLN 38 million, with trends in the sports card segment remaining very solid, characterised by double-digit volume growth and rising profitability. The segment’s results are being weighed down by the large number of new club openings in recent quarters. However, as these facilities mature, results should gradually improve. At the end of June this year, the group operated 136 fitness clubs abroad (in the EU), with the number of memberships and cards standing at 78.6 thousand and 733.8 thousand, respectively.

Turkey Segment

In Turkey, at the end of the second quarter, there were 85.5 thousand MultiSport card users, and the group owned 163 fitness clubs (MAC, including MAC Studio). Revenues for this segment amounted to PLN 249 million, representing a significant year-on-year increase driven primarily by the full-quarter consolidation and improved performance of the MAC Group, as well as a growing MultiSport card user base. Additionally, in line with the 2026 targets, this segment recorded positive gross profitability in the sports card business as early as the first quarter.

Outlook

The company maintains its strategic and financial objectives, including further increase in operational efficiency and consistent growth across six markets.
