My Fitness Place and Saturn clubs in Kraków become part of the popular nationwide Zdrofit fitness network. For existing club members this is not only a change of name but above all a real expansion of training opportunities as one pass can now provide access to over 180 clubs across Poland. On 8–14 June 2026 open days will be held at Zdrofit clubs in Kraków.
Since the beginning of June, a large-scale campaign has been running in Kraków to inform its residents about the change. Existing My Fitness Place and Saturn users join the Zdrofit community.
What does this mean in practice?
First of all, greater availability of facilities and, consequently, the training offer. Club members are no longer limited to one location. They can train in different cities, regardless of whether they are at work, on a business trip or on holiday. The new network includes facilities in Tricity, Koszalin, Warsaw, Szczecin and Rzeszów, which significantly increases training mobility.
Zdrofit: exercise can be fun
Zdrofit is one of the largest and most dynamically developing fitness networks in Poland, promoting the joy of exercise and a healthy, active lifestyle. The brand is building a community of people who motivate each other to train regularly and its philosophy is based on a simple premise: exercise should be a pleasure, not an obligation. The network’s offer is aimed at both beginners and more advanced users. The clubs offer a wide range of classes – from strength and conditioning training to regenerative formats such as yoga and Pilates – as well as access to modern equipment and relaxation areas. Planning activities is also made easier by the ZdrowAppka mobile application, which contains ready-made training plans to be implemented.
Open days at clubs
On 8–14 June 2026 there will be open days organised at Zdrofit clubs in Kraków. This is the perfect opportunity to visit a preferred location, learn about its possibilities, check out the classes and see what training there is like.
The Zdrofit open days programme includes:

How does Kraków exercise?
According to Zdrofit data, the most frequently mentioned reason for starting physical activity in fitness clubs in Kraków is to spend time actively (62% of respondents).
– I see more and more often that people who start training in Kraków fitness clubs no longer come here just for a better body shape. They are looking for something more. They want to feel like they have more energy every day, they can catch their breath more easily between duties, and they simply function better. This shift in emphasis towards wellbeing and health is very clear. Kraków residents approach physical activity maturely. They know that it’s not about a one-off burst, but about regularity – says Katarzyna Majewska, fitness instructor at the Kraków Zdrofit club.
