As many as 10 good practices of Benefit Systems in the 23rd edition of the Responsible Business Forum report.
Benefit Systems was once again among the companies distinguished in the “Responsible Business in Poland. Good Practices” report – the most important review of CSR and ESG activities in the country, prepared by the Responsible Business Forum. The 23rd edition of the report published as many as 10 Benefit Systems good practices, which draw attention to the company’s special involvement in the social area: employee wellbeing, cooperation with partners, activation of local communities and promotion of psychophysical health among customers and users.
For over 20 years, the Good Practices Report has been a must-read for all business leaders interested in deepening their knowledge of sustainable development, monitoring trends in responsible management and gaining inspiration to improve their social impact. The good practices published therein document specific activities of companies that are truly engaged in building value that goes beyond financial aspects. The distinction of ten Benefit Systems initiatives confirms the effectiveness and coherence of the company’s ESG strategy, implemented both in its business and social activities.
Long-term activities – real change for employees and the environment
Benefit Systems practices highlighted by the Responsible Business Forum cover a wide range of activities addressed to various stakeholder groups – from employees and consumers to local communities and operational partners. Benefit Systems consistently strives to ensure that its activities contribute to building a healthier and more sustainable society. As many as eight good practices were long-term initiatives. The reported activities are in line with the guidelines of the ISO 26 000 standard, the UN Sustainable Development Goals, as well as the current requirements of the European Sustainability Reporting (ESRS). In particular, they correspond to the areas defined in the thematic standards on society (ESRS S1), such as employee rights, social involvement, and consumer relations.
This approach is reflected not only in reports and certificates, but above all in the business practices implemented by the company:
Employment:
- Activities for employee wellbeing and development,
- Workshops on neurodiversity as part of DEI practices.
Social involvement and local community development:
- MultiSport classes with elements of corrective and compensatory gymnastics,
- Active MultiSport Schools educational and activation programme,
- “Senior in good shape” project for activation of seniors,
- “Full of Sport” social campaign implemented by the MultiSport Foundation,
- Support for partner clubs and communities affected by the flooding on the Odra River (NEW).

Impact Business Model according to B Corp
Since the beginning of its operations, Benefit Systems has focused on building solutions that support physical, mental and social wellbeing, concentrating on the needs of employees and the challenges faced by the labour market and society.
– The growing scale of diseases of affluence, negative lifestyle changes, burnout, and impaired mental health are significant social problems. With the growing pressures of chronic stress and demographic changes, employers face a real challenge today: how can they create a work environment that supports wellbeing rather than undermines it? That is why Goal 3: Good health and wellbeing from the UN agenda for sustainable development is gaining significant importance in the context of building the stability of the organisation these days – points out Karolina Gromke, ESG Manager at Benefit Systems.
In response to these challenges, Benefit Systems creates non-financial benefits such as the MultiSport, Multi.Life and MyBenefit programmes. These solutions help employers ensure talent retention within the organisation as well as optimise the work of teams. In turn, thanks to carefully designed benefits, employees gain tools such as the Wellbeing Score, which help them lead a healthier life and acquire personal and professional competences. – Taking care of the psychophysical health and development of employees has a significant contribution to shaping the condition of companies, but also of society as a whole. An important field of our company’s activity is also sharing knowledge and building awareness in the area of wellbeing (Goal 4: Quality education). We create publicly available reports, educational campaigns, and projects supporting physical activity, thus inspiring Poles to take a proactive attitude both in life and at work – emphasises Karolina Gromke.
Sustainability is embedded in Benefit Systems DNA. As the first public company in Central and Eastern Europe, it was awarded the B Corp certificate, confirming the social and environmental responsibility of business. ESG values have been included in the company’s charter, making them an integral part of the decisions made and long-term plans. Benefit Systems operations have been qualified as an Impact Business Model, which involves generating measurable, positive social and environmental changes through day-to-day operational activities.
Strategic partnership with the Responsible Business Forum – strengthening ESG standards in practice
This year Benefit Systems also became a partner of the Responsible Business Forum’s publication. For the company, this is an expression of commitment to the development of ESG culture in Poland and a responsible approach to conducting business.
– At Benefit Systems, we treat sustainable development as a long-term commitment, not a one-time project. Cooperation with the Responsible Business Forum on this year’s edition of the report is for us an expression of recognition and confirmation of our long-term commitment to promoting and implementing ESG standards. Benefit Systems business model based on creating real value for all stakeholders and the organisation's environment fits perfectly with the objectives of this publication. Our daily work confirms that social responsibility and market competitiveness can and should go hand in hand – sums up Karolina Gromke, ESG Manager at Benefit Systems.
