Benefit Systems opens Zdrofit to franchising.
Benefit Systems is launching a franchise model for its Zdrofit network, expanding the growth strategy that has until now relied on organic development and acquisitions. The goal is to accelerate the brand’s expansion, increase the availability of sports infrastructure, and further develop the MultiSport ecosystem.

Over 2,500 square meters of space, specialised training zones, an extensive recovery area, and 24-hour club access – Zdrofit has opened a new facility in the Stella office building at 75 Przybyszewskiego Street in Kraków. It is simultaneously the 242ⁿd Zdrofit-branded club in Poland and the 300th club in Benefit Systems’ portfolio.

From gyms to wellness centres: how fitness clubs in Kraków have changed over the years.
In the past, the gym was primarily associated with barbells and weights. The offering was simple, and the space was dedicated primarily to strength training. Today, a fitness club is much more than that: you can practise Reformer Pilates, train for HYROX competitions, access physiotherapy services, use the sauna, or unwind after work in the recovery zone. Increasingly, you don’t have to be an avid athlete to feel at ease in such a place.
Benefit Systems strengthens its fitness club portfolio in the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship by acquiring the Bella Line network.
Benefit Systems has acquired five Bella Line fitness clubs located in Toruń, Bydgoszcz, and Chełmża with a total area of over 7,000 square meters. The network’s clubs are highly popular among MultiSport cardholders in the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship. Bella Line is another significant acquisition, following the Fitness for Life network completed by Benefit Systems in 2026.
One in ten women over 40 gives up exercising for fear of negative comments about their body.
One in ten women over 40 admits that she has given up physical activity for fear of comments about her body. For many women, the barrier to exercise is not always a lack of time or motivation, but the fear of being judged. And even if it is subtle, it can effectively discourage some women from training.
How does Kraków exercise? Data shows a change in attitude towards physical activity.
According to data from the Zdrofit network, for 62% of Kraków residents who start training in fitness clubs spending time actively is the most important thing. Exercise is increasingly becoming an element of a healthy everyday life not just a way to improve appearance. Analysis of the active city residents shows that regularity and wellbeing resulting from exercise are now becoming crucial.
More training opportunities throughout Poland: My Fitness Place and Saturn become Zdrofit.
My Fitness Place and Saturn clubs in Kraków become part of the popular nationwide Zdrofit fitness network. For existing club members this is not only a change of name but above all a real expansion of training opportunities as one pass can now provide access to over 180 clubs across Poland. On 8–14 June 2026 open days will be held at Zdrofit clubs in Kraków.

For the Zdrofit network, the roll-out of the 24/7 model is the next step in making workouts more accessible to people in Poland. Following the recent opening of the first 24-hour club in Warsaw, this model is now also being rolled out in Szczecin, at the Zdrofit Fabryka Wody facility at 41 1 Maja Street.

On 26–31 March 2026, anyone who wants to start their adventure with physical activity will be able to visit any of nearly 300 fitness clubs belonging to such networks as Zdrofit, Fabryka Formy, Fitness Academy, Fit Fabric, My Fitness Place and Saturn Fitness for free.
Benefit Systems expands its fitness portfolio with the Subcarpathian Fitness for Life network.
The Fitness for Life network has been offering its services and training space to MultiSport Programme users for many years, and its clubs are very popular among sports card holders in Rzeszów and the surrounding area. It is Benefit Systems second acquisition in southeastern Poland (after the Endorfina network), in locations important for users of sports cards offered by the group. Fitness For Life is one of the largest fitness club networks in the Subcarpathian region with nine clubs in Rzeszów and two in Nowy Sącz. The total area of the clubs is over 15,000 square meters. The network offers extensive training areas, a wide selection of fitness classes, relaxation areas (including saunas and massages), and a squash court. Benefit Systems has been increasing its involvement in the fitness industry in the region for over a dozen years. At the end of the third quarter, the group had nearly five hundred fitness clubs in all the markets in which it operates. In Poland, Benefit Systems manages 290 fitness clubs and successfully opens new facilities, thus increasing access to sports infrastructure in various parts of the country.

According to a survey commissioned by Benefit Systems, one in five people in Poland experiences stress every day or almost every day. In the realities of a constantly accelerating world, practices that support mental balance are becoming a particularly desirable good.
