Benefit Systems strengthens its fitness club portfolio in the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship by acquiring the Bella Line network.

Benefit Systems has acquired five Bella Line fitness clubs located in Toruń, Bydgoszcz, and Chełmża with a total area of over 7,000 square meters. The network’s clubs are highly popular among MultiSport cardholders in the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship. Bella Line is another significant acquisition, following the Fitness for Life network completed by Benefit Systems in 2026.

– One of the pillars of our strategy is maintaining the pace of our club network’s expansion at a level that at least matches the growth rate of sports card sales. In this way we can provide our cardholders with extensive access to high-quality sports facilities. We are therefore consistently expanding our partner network, while also opening our own clubs and acquiring selected networks. This approach has proven successful for years, and the acquired clubs perfectly complement our portfolio says Marek Trepko, Benefit Systems Management Board Member responsible for the development of the fitness network in Poland and abroad.

Bella Line is successfully expanding its offering, primarily in the two largest cities of the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship. The network’s clubs offer modern workout areas with professional equipment, a wide range of group classes, personal training, as well as wellness zones with saunas and Jacuzzis. The offer also includes family-friendly amenities, such as children’s areas. Bella Line’s mission is to create a space where individuals at all fitness levels can cultivate an active lifestyle, combining effective training with recovery and comfort. This mission aligns with Benefit Systems’ approach to supporting an active and healthy lifestyle for employees and their loved ones.

As part of the transaction, Benefit Systems acquired 100% of the shares in the company managing five clubs across three cities (Toruń, Bydgoszcz, and Chełmża). Thanks to the acquisition, Benefit Systems is doubling the number of its own fitness clubs in the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship. At the end of the first quarter of this year, the group operated 578 fitness clubs, including over 290 in Poland.
