Benefit Systems solid results for the second quarter of 2026: the company is growing and strengthening its position across all markets.
In the second quarter of this year, the Benefit Systems Group noted record revenue, approaching the PLN 1.5 billion mark (PLN 1,460 million), which is a 33% year-on-year increase. The group’s adjusted operating profit amounted to PLN 320 million (a 36% year-on-year change), while net profit attributable to shareholders of the parent company rose by 55% year-on-year, reaching PLN 222 million. At the end of the second quarter, the sports card user base increased to 2,695.7 million. The group managed 595 fitness clubs, used by 783.9 thousand membership holders.
Benefit Systems strengthens its fitness club portfolio in the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship by acquiring the Bella Line network.
Benefit Systems has acquired five Bella Line fitness clubs located in Toruń, Bydgoszcz, and Chełmża with a total area of over 7,000 square meters. The network’s clubs are highly popular among MultiSport cardholders in the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship. Bella Line is another significant acquisition, following the Fitness for Life network completed by Benefit Systems in 2026.
Robert Sokołowski appointed CEO of Benefit Systems
Effective 21 September of this year, Robert Sokołowski, manager with nearly 30 years of experience gained in the insurance, fintech, and strategic consulting sectors, will become CEO of Benefit Systems. He specialises in business transformation, the development of digital and direct sales, as well as building and scaling organisations in international markets. The remainder of the Management Board remains unchanged.

The Benefit Systems Group continues to grow rapidly across six markets, driven by current trends and employers’ increasing commitment to preventive healthcare. The group ended the first quarter of this year with 2,648,000 sports cards and 578 of its own fitness clubs. The group reported a 45% year-on-year increase in revenue (PLN 1,384 million), while its adjusted operating profit was up 66% at PLN 248 million. Net profit attributable to shareholders of the parent company rose to PLN 230 million (more than a fourfold increase year-on-year). The Benefit Systems Management Board is maintaining its ambitious targets for 2026.

Benefit Systems has been recognised in the Poland’s Best Employers 2026 ranking compiled by Forbes Polska and Statista. The company has been named one of the best employers in the “Catering, tourism, sport and leisure services” category. This is yet another accolade for Benefit Systems in a ranking based on independent employee reviews.
Benefit Systems named “Investor Without Borders”
The company was among the winners of this year’s “Investor Without Borders” competition, which recognises the best investments made by Polish companies abroad and by foreign companies in Poland. The competition is organised by the PTWP Group, the organiser of the European Economic Congress.
Success in 2025 and Perspectives for Future Growth – Benefit Systems awarded in the Listed Company of the Year ranking
On 31 March of this year, the Warsaw Stock Exchange awarded companies that, according to stock market analysts, investment advisors, and portfolio managers representing brokerage firms, as well as pension and investment funds, deserve special recognition for their achievements in 2025. Benefit Systems received high marks in the Main Ranking and in two categories: Success in 2025 and Perspectives for Future Growth.

The company ended 2025 with record financial results. Consolidated revenues increased by 33% year-on-year to over PLN 4.5 billion and adjusted operating profit increased by 29% year-on-year to PLN 924 million. At the end of 2025, the group had almost 550 of its own fitness clubs and over 2.5 million sports card users in six countries. Along with the publication of its financial results, Benefit Systems presented a new dividend policy for the coming years and an updated development strategy until 2027.
Benefit Systems expands its fitness portfolio with the Subcarpathian Fitness for Life network.
The Fitness for Life network has been offering its services and training space to MultiSport Programme users for many years, and its clubs are very popular among sports card holders in Rzeszów and the surrounding area. It is Benefit Systems second acquisition in southeastern Poland (after the Endorfina network), in locations important for users of sports cards offered by the group. Fitness For Life is one of the largest fitness club networks in the Subcarpathian region with nine clubs in Rzeszów and two in Nowy Sącz. The total area of the clubs is over 15,000 square meters. The network offers extensive training areas, a wide selection of fitness classes, relaxation areas (including saunas and massages), and a squash court. Benefit Systems has been increasing its involvement in the fitness industry in the region for over a dozen years. At the end of the third quarter, the group had nearly five hundred fitness clubs in all the markets in which it operates. In Poland, Benefit Systems manages 290 fitness clubs and successfully opens new facilities, thus increasing access to sports infrastructure in various parts of the country.

Benefit Systems increases its involvement in the fitness market and acquires a 51% stake in the Endorfina network.
The acquisition of the Endorfina network is a strategic decision by Benefit Systems to strengthen its portfolio of own fitness clubs in south-eastern Poland. In the first phase of the transaction, the company acquired 51% of shares in the Endorfina network, which has facilities in Lublin (3), Rzeszów (3), Radom (2), Częstochowa (1), Kielce (1) and Starachowice (1). Following the transaction, Benefit Systems’ portfolio of its own fitness clubs will increase to nearly 280 facilities.
Benefit Systems presents its results for the third quarter of this year: consistent implementation of the strategy and record profits.
In the third quarter of this year, the Benefit Systems Group generated record revenue of PLN 1,184 million (a 42% year-on-year increase) for the second time in a row. The group’s adjusted operating profit amounted to PLN 283 million (a 42% year-on-year change). The solid, double-digit growth was influenced by the group’s sales activities, including an increase in the number of MultiSport cards and fitness club passes, as well as investments in the Turkish MAC network. At the end of the third quarter, the group had nearly 2.4 million sports cards, approximately 650,000 B2C passes and almost 500 fitness clubs across all markets.
