Benefit Systems among Poland’s Best Employers 2026.
Benefit Systems has been recognised in the Poland’s Best Employers 2026 ranking compiled by Forbes Polska and Statista. The company has been named one of the best employers in the “Catering, tourism, sport and leisure services” category. This is yet another accolade for Benefit Systems in a ranking based on independent employee reviews.
Benefit Systems has featured in the Poland’s Best Employers list every year since 2021, demonstrating that the company is consistently strengthening its position as an employer. The latest edition of the ranking covered 350 companies operating in Poland, and the assessment was based on over 450,000 employee reviews. The survey included respondents’ willingness to recommend their own employer and their assessment of other companies in the same sector. This year’s results confirm Benefit Systems’ consistently developed approach to its employees – one based not only on attractive benefits, but also on organisational culture, values and the creation of conditions conducive to team development.
A comprehensive look at organisational culture
Benefit Systems has been developing solutions to support employers and employees for over 20 years. As the creator of the MultiSport and Multi.Life programmes and the MyBenefit cafeteria, the company fully understands the significant role that employee benefits play in the day-to-day experience of its staff. At the same time, it emphasises that benefits are just one aspect of a responsible approach to people. How employees feel within the organisation itself – whether they have room for development, whether they understand the purpose of their work, and whether they can count on support in their day-to-day work – is equally important. That is why Benefit Systems is fostering a culture based on clearly defined values. Cooperation, respect, responsibility, development and empowerment are intended to help not only with communication, but above all with decision-making and building relationships within the company.
At Benefit Systems, we have been demonstrating that well-chosen benefits can make a real difference to employees’ health, activity and wellbeing for years. In the EVP survey, Benefit Systems employees quoted the comprehensive benefits package as well as the friendly working atmosphere and professional development opportunities, which are important elements of the organisational culture, as a key employer advantage. At Benefit Systems, we take a holistic approach to supporting our staff – through our day-to-day work experience and the tools provided by our benefits, but also through the lens of our values and specific goals, which help us to develop our organisation responsibly

Development as a value and a specific ESG indicator
One of the most important aspects of this approach is development. At Benefit Systems, it is not merely a statement or a slogan enshrined in the company’s values. It has also been included as a measurable target in the company’s ESG strategy.
The Benefit Systems Group’s Sustainability Report for 2025 states that one of the objectives relating to the company’s own workforce in 2026 and 2027 is to maintain an average of at least 25 training hours per year per employee and associate. The year 2025 was taken as the base year, and the average number of training hours at that time was 33.1 hours per person.
This shows that at Benefit Systems, staff development is regarded as an integral part of responsible corporate governance. This enables the organisation to assess not only whether it is growing as a business, but also whether it is creating an environment in which people can develop their skills and build their future alongside the company.
The recognition in the Poland’s Best Employers 2026 ranking is an important endorsement of this direction for Benefit Systems. The company emphasises that its role as a market leader in employee benefits comes with a responsibility not only to develop an attractive range of benefits, but also to foster a working environment where employee support is part of everyday life.
