Benefit Systems among the largest CIT payers in Poland.

On 24 October 2025, a ceremony of awarding diplomas to the largest CIT payers in Poland was held at the Warsaw Stock Exchange headquarters. Benefit Systems came first in the “Wellbeing” and “Healthcare” category.

This distinction confirmed the scale of Benefit Systems operations and its responsible approach to fulfilling obligations towards the state and society.

Being among the largest CIT payers is a source of pride for us. It also proves the financial stability and transparency of our operations. We treat this distinction as confirmation that responsible business conduct can and should go hand in hand with concern for the common good – said Marcin Fojudzki, Management Board Member at Benefit Systems.

The guest of honour at the event was the Minister of Finance and Economy, Andrzej Domański, who delivered the opening speech and participated in the diploma awarding ceremony. The event brought together representatives of companies that have been making a significant contribution to the Polish budget for many years, demonstrating reliability and responsibility in settling tax liabilities. There was also a debate with business leaders on the role of enterprises in shaping stable public finances and supporting the country’s economic development. The event was organised by the XYZ.pl editorial office.

From gyms to wellness centres: how fitness clubs in Kraków have changed over the years.
In the past, the gym was primarily associated with barbells and weights. The offering was simple, and the space was dedicated primarily to strength training. Today, a fitness club is much more than that: you can practise Reformer Pilates, train for HYROX competitions, access physiotherapy services, use the sauna, or unwind after work in the recovery zone. Increasingly, you don’t have to be an avid athlete to feel at ease in such a place.

Will new pay transparency regulations consign classic spreadsheets to the dustbin of history? HR needs a new data architecture.
Implementing the pay transparency directive is not merely a legal and organisational challenge for HR teams. It is also a test of companies’ technological maturity. Employers will evaluate positions, assign employees to appropriate pay levels, analyse the pay gap, and prepare salary information taking all variables into account. In practice, this may entail working with large volumes of sensitive data, where relying solely on spreadsheets for processing can become less efficient and more prone to errors.
