Benefit Systems helps its sports partners to develop their online offer

According to the MultiSport Index Pandemic survey, 32% of active Poles use videos with physical training instructions. Therefore, Benefit Systems provides its sports partners with the Yes2Move.com platform under the #WspierajKluby campaign that aims at supporting fitness clubs. This professional tool enables sports and recreational facilities that do not have their own streaming channels to extend their online training offer directed at club members.

The epidemic situation has made the conditions for regular physical activity extremely difficult this year and the fitness industry is looking for new solutions, e.g. expanding their online training offer. According to the analyses carried out by Benefit Systems, the interest in this type of workouts among the MultiSport Programme users in October this year increased by 112% compared to September. Therefore, Benefit Systems offers an additional online solution for its partners. The model of cooperation with Yes2Move is simple and consists in purchasing code packages with access to the platform that each partner can then distribute to its customers in accordance with an individually designed offer.

Those interested in the #WspierajKluby campaign can obtain additional information from dedicated Benefit Systems Account Managers or place an order in the Partners’ Zone.

Yes2Move platform offers access to a constantly growing library of online training videos, including Les Mills training plans, LIVE fitness classes, articles on a healthy lifestyle and podcasts with experts. On the platform users can also take advantage of various discounts (up to 25%) on products of valued sports brands. It is also a useful tool for Benefit Systems partners who can offer it to their customers as a form of complementing classic workouts. Access to the platform can be a solution for club members who have decided to keep an active membership card despite the lack of availability of the facility as well as become an attractive extension of the training equipment or accessories rental services which some sports and recreational facilities currently offer to their club members.

From gyms to wellness centres: how fitness clubs in Kraków have changed over the years.
In the past, the gym was primarily associated with barbells and weights. The offering was simple, and the space was dedicated primarily to strength training. Today, a fitness club is much more than that: you can practise Reformer Pilates, train for HYROX competitions, access physiotherapy services, use the sauna, or unwind after work in the recovery zone. Increasingly, you don’t have to be an avid athlete to feel at ease in such a place.

Will new pay transparency regulations consign classic spreadsheets to the dustbin of history? HR needs a new data architecture.
Implementing the pay transparency directive is not merely a legal and organisational challenge for HR teams. It is also a test of companies’ technological maturity. Employers will evaluate positions, assign employees to appropriate pay levels, analyse the pay gap, and prepare salary information taking all variables into account. In practice, this may entail working with large volumes of sensitive data, where relying solely on spreadsheets for processing can become less efficient and more prone to errors.
