Benefit Systems is expanding the offer of its own sports facilities by five new Zdrofit clubs and another Fit Fabric club

In 2022, Benefit Systems plans to open as many as six new fitness clubs, five of which will be in Warsaw and its vicinity as part of the Zdrofit network and one, under the Fit Fabric brand, in Łódź. The operator focuses on various locations – from modern office buildings, through shopping centres, to housing estates – where large-scale fitness clubs will be opened. These facilities will be focused on supporting health and immunity as well as building physical condition of their users.

Mennica Legacy Tower and Warsaw Hub are two new business locations on the map of Warsaw where Zdrofit clubs will be opened on 3 January 2022. At Mennica Legacy Tower, a two-level facility with an area of 1171 m² is being built. It offers modern Hammer Strength sports equipment, a large cross zone as well as a “mother and child” area. In the Warsaw Hub at Rondo Daszyńskiego customers will be able to use nearly 1400 m² of space with classic equipment as well as dry saunas. At the beginning of the year, a Zdrofit club will also be opened in the N-Park Stara Iwiczna shopping complex in the Piaseczno County. A week later (on 10 January), a club located in Lazurowa Street will be added to the Zdrofit portfolio. It will be dedicated primarily to the inhabitants of numerous housing estates in the western part of Bemowo. In 2022, a Zdrofit fitness club is going to be opened in the currently revitalised Fort Wola shopping centre.

– Zdrofit is a network of fitness clubs appreciated by users which has been focusing on the highest quality of service, customer satisfaction and the development of the offer in line with the latest trends in the industry from the very beginning. The growing number of club members means that we are constantly looking for solutions that provide them with the greatest possible comfort during exercise in various locations, hence the decisions on new investments. On the one hand, the popularity of Zdrofit clubs is related to their modern infrastructure and equipment, and, on the other hand, to the philosophy of a healthy lifestyle which the brand has been steadily implementing since its inception. At Zdrofit fitness clubs we are also constantly expanding group training programmes that focus on customers’ various needs, such as proprietary workouts to reduce stress levels or prepare for the winter season as well as activities supporting healthy spine or classes addressed to specific groups, including mothers or seniors. Les Mills training programmes, which are appreciated all over the world, are also carried out in these clubs – explains Tomasz Groń, Managing Director at Benefit Systems Fitness Unit.

Considering the planned openings, next year the Zdrofit fitness club network will include a total of 75 clubs in the Mazovia, Pomerania and Świętokrzyskie Province.Benefit Systems’ planned openings also apply to the Łódź Province. At the beginning of 2022, the Fit Fabric club will be opened in 5 Strażacka Street in Łódź. The facility is situated in the centre of a housing estate in a convenient location. In the spacious interiors of the club customers will find two fitness rooms and a well-equipped gym with a functional section. Fit Fabric clubs host proprietary activity programmes developed by experts, such as Antistress Energy, Antistress Harmony, Mobilisation, Healthy Spine, and training sessions preparing for winter sports. According to the Social Insurance Institution (ZUS) data, in the first half of 2026, Poles spent nearly 150 million days on sick leave – the result similar to that of the corresponding period last year. Lifestyle diseases, including heart disease, type 2 diabetes, and hypertension, are common causes of absenteeism.
