Fit Fabric Łódź: new fitness clubs at Widzewska Manufaktura and Rewolucji 1905 Street

– At the beginning of November, Łódź residents gained two new fitness clubs where they can take care of their physical condition. The results of our MultiSport Index 2023[1] survey show that over half of them is physically active, including 17% of those who do sports one or two times a week, 18% three to four times a week, and 6% five times a week or more often – says Tomasz Groń, Managing Director of Benefit Systems Fitness Unit. – At the same time, 39% complain about the lack of appropriate sports infrastructure. Our new Fit Fabric clubs respond to their needs. Residents of Łódź and the surrounding area gained a new exercise space in two attractive locations – adds Tomasz Groń.

Fit Fabric in a cotton mill

The Fit Fabric club, located in Widzewska Manufaktura at 135 Józef Piłsudski Alley, features 1,785 square meters of space. The area is divided into seven training zones: cardio, cross, fitness, isotonic machines, cycling, stretching and free weights. Qualified trainers conduct such group classes as mental, cycling, dance, endurance and strengthening workouts. A great place to relax after training is a sauna.

The club can be easily reached by public transport and by car. There are tram and bus stops nearby, and free parking is available for drivers. The Fit Fabric club is open from Monday to Friday between 06:00 and 23.00 as well as on weekends from 08:00 to 22:00.

The unique character of the club at Józef Piłsudski Alley is emphasised by the location. Fit Fabric is situated in the revitalised Widzewska Manufaktura, which was an important point of the textile industry in Łódź. Currently, the revival of the factory and the adjacent park is nearing completion. The old building elements have been preserved, mainly the red brick external walls and the original cast iron pillars. The modern interiors, referring to their former industrial character, will house residential, commercial, and service areas, including the Fit Fabric fitness club.

Fit Fabric at Rewolucji 1905 Street

The second new Fit Fabric club is located at 44 Rewolucji 1905 Street. The spot in the very centre of Łódź provides convenient access by public transport. Parking spaces are also available nearby. The club is open from Monday to Friday between 06:00 and 23:00 as well as on Saturdays and Sundays from 08:00 to 22:00.

The club area is one thousand square meters, divided into seven training zones: boxing, cardio, cross, fitness, isotonic machines, stretching and free weights. People who prefer group exercises can take advantage of a wide range of classes, including mental, strengthening, dance, endurance, and boxing. The sauna provides relaxation after training.

– We invite residents of Łódź and the surrounding area to the new Fit Fabric clubs. I don’t need to convince those who have already caught the sports bug. The clubs at Widzewska Manufaktura and Rewolucji 1905 Street feature everything necessary for comprehensive workouts and regeneration – assures Tomasz Groń. – I especially invite those who have not used fitness clubs before. Winter is approaching and there will be fewer and fewer opportunities for outdoor activities. We have prepared a special starter offer for them.
