MultiSport and MultiLife partners of the “How to change your mind by being active” film.

“How to change your mind by being active” film by the Veritas Foundation is a story about the power of physical activity and its fascinating impact on the human mind and body. It combines expert knowledge with the valuable experiences of sports enthusiasts, including Cezary Pazura and Maciej Stuhr. The film was created in cooperation between Dr. Joanna Wojsiat (Podgórska) and the originator and creator responsible for direction and execution, the Mojo Movies film studio. By combining science and personal stories, it shows how regular exercise can reduce stress, improve mood, and increase overall happiness. The main characters are famous experts and inspiring people who, through their experiences, show how movement can redefine our lives. The film features Dr. Joanna Wojsiat (Podgórska), Marta Niedźwiecka, Dr. Andrzej Silczuk, Filip Droszcz, Cezary Pazura, Maciej Stuhr and others.

– Making a documentary that highlights conscious movement and physical activity allows us to express what is important to us once again. We believe in a holistic approach to health, and movement is one of the fundamental elements of this approach. We would like to emphasise that regular physical activity is not only a way to improve your physical condition, but also to support your mental health, build a conscious relationship with your body and provide an opportunity for self-discovery. We are happy to create this project with the MultiSport and MultiLife brands which significantly support us in spreading the above ideas and values. We are extremely grateful for this! – emphasises Patrycja Witkowska, President of the Veritas Foundation.

Additionally, the film was also shown as part of two offline private views at the New Horizons Cinema in Wrocław and at the Wisła Cinema in Warsaw. From gyms to wellness centres: how fitness clubs in Kraków have changed over the years.
In the past, the gym was primarily associated with barbells and weights. The offering was simple, and the space was dedicated primarily to strength training. Today, a fitness club is much more than that: you can practise Reformer Pilates, train for HYROX competitions, access physiotherapy services, use the sauna, or unwind after work in the recovery zone. Increasingly, you don’t have to be an avid athlete to feel at ease in such a place.

Will new pay transparency regulations consign classic spreadsheets to the dustbin of history? HR needs a new data architecture.
Implementing the pay transparency directive is not merely a legal and organisational challenge for HR teams. It is also a test of companies’ technological maturity. Employers will evaluate positions, assign employees to appropriate pay levels, analyse the pay gap, and prepare salary information taking all variables into account. In practice, this may entail working with large volumes of sensitive data, where relying solely on spreadsheets for processing can become less efficient and more prone to errors.
