“Step by Step to Wellbeing” – Mateusz Kusznierewicz invites everyone to walk together and inspires to take care of one’s wellbeing.
Regular walking strengthens health, adds energy, and supports physical and mental condition. A morning started with physical activity can be a great way to support our wellbeing. That is why Mateusz Kusznierewicz, a two-time Olympic medallist, in the company of renown experts and celebrities, encourages everyone to take a daily walk as part of the “Step by Step to Wellbeing” online programme, implemented in cooperation with the MultiLife platform. The programme inspires everyone to introduce healthy habits every day, emphasising the importance of maintaining balance in life and strengthening our wellbeing.
Walking is one of the simplest forms of physical activity that, when practised regularly, not only improves our fitness, but can also have a positive impact on our overall wellbeing. In terms of health, it brings numerous benefits, such as improving circulation, supporting the immune system and reducing stress. According to a report prepared by Harvard Medical School, 21 minutes of walking a day is enough to reduce the risk of heart disease by 30%.[1] In addition to the clear health benefits, this simple activity is an excellent motivator for further physical activity.
Its famous promoter is Mateusz Kusznierewicz, a two-time Olympic medallist and titled sailor, who motivates people to actively start the day with a walk together on the Power Walk 6:15 channel, available on YouTube and Spotify. This autumn, the athlete joined forces with the MultiLife platform – a sister solution of the MultiSport Programme, which was created to provide comprehensive support for the wellbeing of its users through various tools, such as training sessions, e-courses, webinars and consultations with experts.
The result of this cooperation is a special, publicly available programme called “Step by Step to Wellbeing,” available on Mateusz Kusznierewicz’s channel. The new initiative will include a series of 18 walks accompanied by conversations with recognised experts in the field of health, sports, psychology and business, as well as showbusiness celebrities. During walks with Mateusz, they will reveal further areas of wellbeing, sharing practical tips helpful in striving to improve wellbeing, i.e. a better, more satisfying life. The creators of the initiative invite everyone to play the episodes on their phones, put on headphones and listen to interesting conversations during a “joint” walk outdoors. Why? Because the idea of “Step by Step to Wellbeing” is both to promote a healthy lifestyle through physical activity outdoors, as well as to educate and inspire everyone to introduce changes in our life at the level of body and mind that will help us take care of our wellbeing more effectively.
– Regular outdoor activity not only strengthens the body, but also the mind. It’s a way to start the day with movement and positive energy, also using this time to develop and listen to valuable content. I believe that thanks to our walks together, listeners will catch the wave and find motivation to face everyday challenges – emphasises Mateusz Kusznierewicz.
Each episode will cover one of six areas that have a significant impact on wellbeing: physical health, mental health, the essence of contact with nature, interpersonal relationships, building comfort of life and inner peace. The topics cover a wide range of issues related to physical activity, mental health and maintaining work-life balance. Mateusz Kusznierewicz raises key issues regarding a healthy lifestyle in an accessible way and shows how small everyday changes can bring great benefits.

Active support for wellbeing
Cooperation under the “Step by Step to WellbBeing” programme also resulted in the creation of a special, long-term “Power Walk by MultiLife” format, which is a special series of weekly episodes intended for MultiLife platform users. In this series, in addition to topics related to various areas of wellbeing, important issues will also include the development of competences, useful both in personal and professional life. The “Power Walk by MultiLife” series will feature traveller Marek Kamiński, dietitian Małgorzata Pielichowska, and expert in creating engaging presentations Kamil Kozieł. Once a month, MultiLife platform users will be able to take part in a live meeting with an expert with the opportunity to ask questions.
MultiLife is a platform that offers access to a variety of content related to a healthy lifestyle, as well as personal and professional development. It also teaches how to take care of our wellbeing in a holistic way. Through such materials as courses, webinars, training programmes, and consultations with experts, it supports users in building healthy habits that can affect the quality of life.
– The idea of MultiLife revolves around the concept of lifelong learning. We believe that taking care of one’s wellbeing is a competence of the future that can be improved. In his Power Walks, Mateusz perfectly shows how a simple walk can become a way to start the day better, as well as support our physical health and mental wellbeing. It is not only motivation for daily exercise, but also a unique opportunity to learn new, practical things about health, wellbeing and personal development – says Piotr Szostak, Managing Director for Strategy and Product Development at Benefit Systems.
