“We have more in common than you think” – the new MultiSport campaign

Are you #TeamChickenSoup or #TeamTomatoSoup? More #TeamCats or #TeamDogs? Do you like pineapple on a pizza or rather hate it? In the latest “We have more in common than you think” campaign MultiSport proves that despite different opinions and different choices we are all connected by physical activity.

The campaign is based on humorous antagonisms known from social media. The brand included them in contrasting films and graphics, each of which promotes a specific sports discipline available as part of the MultiSport card. The campaign protagonists are people who differ in appearance and temperament, seemingly having nothing in common: a teenager in sports sneakers versus a demanding female director from a large corporation who prefers high heels or a rock music fan with long hair versus a silence-loving mother of two. Totally different characters and preferences have one thing in common: the same hobby – physical activity – thanks to which different opinions do not matter anymore. The ambassadors of the “We have more in common than you think” campaign include Karolina Tuchalska-Siermińska (OdNova psychologist) and Janina Bąk (Janina Daily).

– Numerous studies from many different countries show that the connection between sport and interpersonal relationships is two-way: children and adults who play sports have more friends and quality bonds. Statistically speaking... sport connects people, quite literally. And that’s not all, because we also have evidence that physical activity has a positive effect on our thinking and remembering abilities. This means that when we exercise our muscles, we also exercise our synapses – says Janina Bąk.

The campaign will be carried out on the MultiSport Polska Facebook and Instagram profile and will last until the end of February. During this time, the brand will communicate with the users and run a competition in which MultiSport card holders will be able to share their stories about how sport connects rather than divides.

The campaign has been created by the Benefit Systems marketing team together with the Brand Kolektyw Agency. More information can be found HERE.

As many as 86.5% of employees expect health-supporting initiatives from their employers.
Back pain, chronic stress, and the early signs of burnout do not end when the workday begins. That is why measures helping employees respond earlier and access available support are becoming increasingly important. What role can benefits conducive to prevention play in this, and what might such an approach mean for the employer in the long run?

From gyms to wellness centres: how fitness clubs in Kraków have changed over the years.
In the past, the gym was primarily associated with barbells and weights. The offering was simple, and the space was dedicated primarily to strength training. Today, a fitness club is much more than that: you can practise Reformer Pilates, train for HYROX competitions, access physiotherapy services, use the sauna, or unwind after work in the recovery zone. Increasingly, you don’t have to be an avid athlete to feel at ease in such a place.

Will new pay transparency regulations consign classic spreadsheets to the dustbin of history? HR needs a new data architecture.
Implementing the pay transparency directive is not merely a legal and organisational challenge for HR teams. It is also a test of companies’ technological maturity. Employers will evaluate positions, assign employees to appropriate pay levels, analyse the pay gap, and prepare salary information taking all variables into account. In practice, this may entail working with large volumes of sensitive data, where relying solely on spreadsheets for processing can become less efficient and more prone to errors.
