We’re glad you're here! – MultiSport promotes returning to workouts in sports facilities

Due to the pandemic, for over two months enthusiasts of physical activity worked out online, turned their homes into training rooms, and replaced professional sports equipment with everyday objects. Today, home workouts can be set aside, giving way to those in sports facilities. Customers’ safe return to traditional workouts will be supported by the MultiSport campaign called We’re glad you’re here!

– Our goal is to provide users with practical information that will facilitate healthy and comfortable return to their favourite activities in sports and recreation facilities, as well as to build public awareness of safety and sanitation rules that have to be followed there. We believe that our campaign will have a positive impact on Poles' decisions to return to workouts in sports and recreation facilities and will support partners of the MultiSport Programme in promoting their offer – says Wojciech Szwarc, Management Board Member at Benefit Systems.

As part of the We’re glad you’re here! campaign advertising and communication activities have been planned.
Users will be reminded about the possibility of using sports and recreation facilities again by humorous creations based on the vision of activity during the time of social isolation, which are the basis of the summer campaigncalled We’re glad you’re here! The project will be carried out between July and August at the national level in online channels as well as locally, in the urban space. Static creations will appear, among others on the streets of Warsaw, and their animated versions can be seen on the Mmetro screens.

From gyms to wellness centres: how fitness clubs in Kraków have changed over the years.
In the past, the gym was primarily associated with barbells and weights. The offering was simple, and the space was dedicated primarily to strength training. Today, a fitness club is much more than that: you can practise Reformer Pilates, train for HYROX competitions, access physiotherapy services, use the sauna, or unwind after work in the recovery zone. Increasingly, you don’t have to be an avid athlete to feel at ease in such a place.

Will new pay transparency regulations consign classic spreadsheets to the dustbin of history? HR needs a new data architecture.
Implementing the pay transparency directive is not merely a legal and organisational challenge for HR teams. It is also a test of companies’ technological maturity. Employers will evaluate positions, assign employees to appropriate pay levels, analyse the pay gap, and prepare salary information taking all variables into account. In practice, this may entail working with large volumes of sensitive data, where relying solely on spreadsheets for processing can become less efficient and more prone to errors.
