Benefit Systems Management Board recommends a dividend of over PLN 120 million

The dividend amount recommended by the Benefit Systems Management Board at the level of PLN 120.3 million constitutes 87% of the Group’s consolidated net profit for 2022 and will translate into a payment of PLN 41 per share. The dividend day was proposed for 15 September and the payment – for 29 September 2023. The Management Board’s recommendation was made on 25 May this year and approved by the Supervisory Board.

– As announced last year, we want to share the profit for 2022 with our shareholders. The rebuilding of our business after the pandemic went much faster and more efficiently than we originally expected. This is a great success of the entire Benefit Systems team, thanks to which today we can boast of dynamically growing profits but also a strong balance sheet position. At the end of March, we had over PLN 220 million net cash and we still have unused credit lines. Our investment potential after the payment of the dividend in the recommended amount will therefore remain very high and adapted to the fast pace of development of the entire capital group – says Bartosz Józefiak, Management Board Member at Benefit Systems.

The recommendation of the Management Board is in line with the dividend policy adopted at the end of 2022, which assumes the payment of a minimum of 60% of consolidated net profit. The amount of the proposed dividend constitutes 87% of the Capital Group’s consolidated net profit for 2022. The final decision on the distribution of the net profit for the previous year, including the possible payment of the dividend and its amount, will be made by the Ordinary General Meeting.
