The dividend amount recommended by the Benefit Systems Management Board at the level of PLN 120.3 million constitutes 87% of the Group’s consolidated net profit for 2022 and will translate into a payment of PLN 41 per share. The dividend day was proposed for 15 September and the payment – for 29 September 2023. The Management Board’s recommendation was made on 25 May this year and approved by the Supervisory Board.
