Benefit Systems was once again among the companies distinguished in the “Responsible Business in Poland. Good Practices” report – the most important review of CSR and ESG activities in the country, prepared by the Responsible Business Forum. The 23rd edition of the report published as many as 10 Benefit Systems good practices, which draw attention to the company’s special involvement in the social area: employee wellbeing, cooperation with partners, activation of local communities and promotion of psychophysical health among customers and users.

For over 20 years, the Good Practices Report has been a must-read for all business leaders interested in deepening their knowledge of sustainable development, monitoring trends in responsible management and gaining inspiration to improve their social impact. The good practices published therein document specific activities of companies that are truly engaged in building value that goes beyond financial aspects. The distinction of ten Benefit Systems initiatives confirms the effectiveness and coherence of the company’s ESG strategy, implemented both in its business and social activities.

Long-term activities – real change for employees and the environment

Benefit Systems practices highlighted by the Responsible Business Forum cover a wide range of activities addressed to various stakeholder groups – from employees and consumers to local communities and operational partners. Benefit Systems consistently strives to ensure that its activities contribute to building a healthier and more sustainable society. As many as eight good practices were long-term initiatives. The reported activities are in line with the guidelines of the ISO 26 000 standard, the UN Sustainable Development Goals, as well as the current requirements of the European Sustainability Reporting (ESRS). In particular, they correspond to the areas defined in the thematic standards on society (ESRS S1), such as employee rights, social involvement, and consumer relations.

This approach is reflected not only in reports and certificates, but above all in the business practices implemented by the company:

Workshops on neurodiversity as part of DEI practices.

Social involvement and local community development:

MultiSport classes with elements of corrective and compensatory gymnastics,
Active MultiSport Schools educational and activation programme,
“Senior in good shape” project for activation of seniors,
“Full of Sport” social campaign implemented by the MultiSport Foundation,
Support for partner clubs and communities affected by the flooding on the Odra River (NEW).

Impact Business Model according to B Corp

Sustainability is embedded in Benefit Systems DNA. ESG values have been included in the company’s charter, making them an integral part of the decisions made and long-term plans.
