Benefit Systems won the “Trustworthy Brand” title, thus joining the group of 25 brands enjoying the greatest trust among entrepreneurs. The first Polish BCorp was awarded by My Company Polska in the “Employee carer – the company that offers the most interesting or the most comprehensive benefit package” category. The winners were selected based on a nationwide survey conducted by Kantar Polska.
– We are happy to join the group of Trustworthy Brands. This is an additional motivation for us to further improve the solutions we offer. For over two decades the needs of entrepreneurs and their employees have been at the centre of our attention. We not only analyse the market, but we also listen to our customers. In this way we can efficiently and expectedly improve our existing services (a great example is MultiSport, which currently provides access to nearly 5,000 sports and recreation facilities) and develop new ones (for example, the MultiLife platform, which responds to the growing demand of employers for supporting the psychological wellbeing of employees) – says Emilia Rogalewicz, Management Board Member at Benefit Systems.
Is there a recipe for a Trustworthy Brand? According to Emilia Rogalewicz, the important elements of building long-term business relationships and maintaining high trust in the brand are authenticity and transparency. However, customer focus remains the key factor. This is manifested primarily in the provision of valuable solutions that bring real benefits and meet expectations related to supporting employees’ wellbeing. It is also worth adding open and effective communication as well as the commitment and high competence of the team.
