The new My Fitness Place club invites to the first training session!

A new My Fitness Place club will appear on the map of Krakow on 18 October. There, exercisers will be provided with a modern training space of over a thousand square meters in the office complex at 25 Saska Street.

Thanks to a wide range of group classes and numerous machines for strength and functional training in the new My Fitness Place club, the fifteenth in Krakow, residents can take comprehensive care of their physical condition. The club is additionally equipped with saunas (dry and infrared).

The facility will be open from Monday to Friday from 06:00 to 23:00 and on weekends from 08:00 to 20:00.

– Year by year, training in fitness clubs is becoming an increasingly popular form of physical activity among Poles. According to the Multisport Index 2023 survey, 31% of Poles choose this form of activity. Compared to last year’s survey, the popularity of this type of places increased by 11%. Poles want to exercise more and need appropriate infrastructure and equipment that will enable them to train comprehensively under the supervision of specialists. That is why we are constantly working on expanding our club base – says Tomasz Groń, Managing Director of Benefit Systems Fitness Unit.

There will be five training zones available at the club. In the functional training zone, exercisers can improve their endurance, agility, and fitness, while in the free weights zone they will find modern equipment for building muscle mass. Precise and effective isolation training can be performed using special isotonic machines that strengthen specific areas of the body. The cardio zone with treadmills, bikes and ellipticals has everything necessary to burn calories and strengthen the heart. My Fitness Place Saska also offers such group classes as yoga, Pilates, stretching, circuit training, LesMills, Body Pump, Zumba and Salsation.

Currently, pre-sale of passes enabling the use of the My Fitness Place offer is taking place. MultiSport cards will also be accepted at the club. The Happy Hours promotion will be valid until further notice. As part of it, one can take advantage of the club’s offer once, free of charge from Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 16:00 and on weekends from 08:00 to 20:00.
