Benefit Systems has obtained PLN 300 million of long-term financing from Santander Bank Polska.

Additional financing obtained by Benefit Systems will be allocated to the organic growth of the Capital Group, as well as acquisitions in Poland and other markets where the group operates.

On 8 November, Benefit Systems and its selected subsidiaries signed an annex to the loan agreement with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development and Santander Bank Polska S.A. The agreement of April 2022 provided for five-year financing in the amount of PLN 205 million (more information: press release and Current Report 13/2022). The Annex mentions granting an additional tranche of five-year financing in the amount of PLN 300 million by Santander Bank Polska. Part of this financing may be granted in euro (up to a maximum of EUR 25 million).
