On 27 February this year the Supervisory Board of Benefit Systems S.A. appointed Adam Kędzierski and Marek Trepko – long-time managers of the capital group, responsible for foreign expansion and investments in fitness networks – as members of the company’s Management Board. The expansion of the company’s Management Board aims at strengthening management processes in the dynamically developing capital group that has ambitious goals for the coming years.
The appointment of Adam Kędzierski and Marek Trepko to the Management Board of Benefit Systems S.A. comes into force on 28 February this year for a period of four years.
Adam Kędzierski will be responsible for the group’s expansion, including the further development and results of companies operating in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Bulgaria, Croatia and Turkey. – The aim of the group’s development strategy for 2025–2027 adopted last year is to strengthen the position of the undisputed leadership position of Benefit Systems on the sports card market, not only in Poland but also abroad. On the four-person Management Board of Benefit Systems, Marek Trepko will be responsible for the development of the network of the company’s own fitness clubs in Poland and on other markets. As Fitness Group Director, he has been managing Fit Invest International, the company’s own networks in Poland (Benefit Systems Fitness Unit), relations with MultiSport partner facilities, as well as the Analysis Department and Purchasing Department since last year. – I am convinced that the synergy of knowledge and experience of the areas I am responsible for will have a positive impact on the further development of the offer of the company's own and partner sports facilities of the operating within the MultiSport Programme in Poland and abroad. From 28 February this year, the Management Board of Benefit Systems consists of four people. The following members are collectively responsible for the company’s activities: Emilia Rogalewicz, Marcin Fojudzki, Adam Kędzierski and Marek Trepko. Areas of responsibility of Benefit Systems Management Board Members:
- Emilia Rogalewicz is responsible for sales strategy, product and service development, customer service, HR and administration.
- Marcin Fojudzki is responsible for the company’s finances and investor relations, internal audit, compliance, mergers and acquisitions, legal department, communication and ESG.
- Adam Kędzierski is responsible for foreign expansion on five European markets and supervises the activities of Benefit Systems International.
- Marek Trepko is responsible for Fit Invest International, development of the network of fitness clubs in Poland (Benefit Systems Fitness Units), relations with MultiSport Programme partners as well as the Analysis Department and Purchasing Department.
Biographical notes of the newly appointed members of the Management Board of Benefit Systems S.A.
Adam Kędzierski has been working at the Benefit Systems Group for over 16 years. From 2009, he developed the MultiSport Programme and was responsible for relations with partner sports and recreation facilities. In 2010, he introduced the MultiSport Programme to the Czech market, and in the following years he supported its expansion in other markets (Slovakia, Bulgaria, Croatia, Turkey). Starting from 2013, he served as a member of the Management Board at Benefit Systems SA, being responsible for the sports cards segment, the foreign countries segment as well as the customer and partner relations department. Between 2013 and 2015 he was a member of the Supervisory Board of MyBenefit Sp. z o. o. Previously, as the Commercial Director at Benefit Systems, he was responsible for the company’s commercial policy, including the development of sales strategies and plans, as well as their implementation. From 2018, he focused on foreign expansion and was appointed president of Benefit Systems International Sp. z o.o. He develops the foreign market for MultiSport operations, which today constitutes a significant part of the income and profit of the Benefit Systems Group. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw and the MBA programme conducted by the Warsaw School of Economics and the University of Minnesota, as well as a participant in international training programmes conducted by INSEAD and IMD. He also graduated from the Matrik Trainers School and the Negotiation School.
Marek Trepko has been associated with the Benefit Systems Capital Group since 2017. He has been the President of Fit Invest International since 2024, and earlier, from 2020 – as a member of the management board of this company – he was responsible for international development in the fitness area. At Fit Invest International, he is responsible for building and implementing the strategy for the operation and development of investment clubs for the MultiSport Programme within the subsidiaries of the Benefit Systems Group in Bulgaria, Croatia, the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Turkey. Since September 2024, he has been Fitness Group Director responsible for the concentration of competences in fitness activities on the Polish and foreign markets, areas related to the development of the network of fitness clubs (Benefit Systems Fitness Unit) and MultiSport partner facilities (Partner Relations Department). He is also responsible for the activities of the Analysis and Purchasing departments. He is a member of the supervisory boards of companies in the Benefit Systems Group that manage MultiSport programmes and the activities of investment clubs abroad. Before joining the Benefit Systems Group, he was responsible for the development of the Cinema City network in key cities in Poland. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Cybernetics at the Military University of Technology, as well as postgraduate studies at the Lodz University of Technology. He graduated from High Performance Leadership at the International Institute for Management Development in Switzerland.
