On 27 February this year the Supervisory Board of Benefit Systems S.A. appointed Adam Kędzierski and Marek Trepko – long-time managers of the capital group, responsible for foreign expansion and investments in fitness networks – as members of the company’s Management Board. The expansion of the company’s Management Board aims at strengthening management processes in the dynamically developing capital group that has ambitious goals for the coming years.
- Emilia Rogalewicz is responsible for sales strategy, product and service development, customer service, HR and administration.
- Marcin Fojudzki is responsible for the company’s finances and investor relations, internal audit, compliance, mergers and acquisitions, legal department, communication and ESG.
- Adam Kędzierski is responsible for foreign expansion on five European markets and supervises the activities of Benefit Systems International.
- Marek Trepko is responsible for Fit Invest International, development of the network of fitness clubs in Poland (Benefit Systems Fitness Units), relations with MultiSport Programme partners as well as the Analysis Department and Purchasing Department.

Benefit Systems has been operating on the Polish market for over two decades and is one of the leaders in providing non-financial benefits that support employee wellbeing.
