Total Fitness has become Zdrofit. Current members will gain access to an additional 130 clubs across Poland.

Ten Total Fitness clubs in Warsaw, Pruszków and Piaseczno have officially joined the largest fitness network in Poland and now operate under the Zdrofit brand. This way, existing club members can take care of their health in as many as 130 additional fitness facilities offering hundreds of class formats across the country.

Access to the largest network of Zdrofit fitness clubs means greater flexibility for people who want to exercise regularly. Zdrofit currently has 137 facilities in 29 cities, including Warsaw, Tricity, Kielce, Koszalin, Lublin, Szczecin, Toruń and Włocławek. In Warsaw alone, former Total Fitness club members gain as many as 69 additional clubs where they can maintain an active lifestyle. The expanded network significantly increases the availability of training not only in the city, but also during trips, making it easier to adapt them to individual plans.

Zdrofit clubs provide access to facilities with modern equipment and separate training zones, such as cardio, free weights and cross training. Their users have access to a wide range of group classes in approximately 160 formats, including health-promoting training under the supervision of a physiotherapist, relaxation and meditation classes, Vital Flow programmes for women 50 plus, as well as more intense activities, including cross-training and barbell training. Thanks to the ZdrowAppka application, club members not only check schedules and sign up for classes but also use an extensive library of exercises with instructions, ready-made training plans and workouts available in video format. The network also offers regeneration and wellness zones, including saunas, which support regenerative processes after physical exercise.

There is often pressure surrounding physical activity – the belief that you “must” train to meet certain expectations. At Zdrofit clubs we present a different perspective. Instead of saying: “You have to train” we suggest: "Move as you like.” We believe that the key to lasting motivation lies in choosing activities that align with our own preferences. Then, physical activity becomes a natural source of pleasure and a way to release energy that supports everyday functioning.

Zdrofit has already received the Consumer Quality Leader Award in the fitness club network category twice – in 2024 and 2025. The survey results prove that it provides high-quality services. Most club members (almost 90%) declare their satisfaction with the services of the Zdrofit network. Nearly one in four of them referred to a good and wide selection of activities. One in five also mentioned the large number of club locations and the availability of equipment.

The change comes at a particularly crucial time. Regular physical activity is crucial for psychophysical health, and greater availability of exercise spaces really supports it. According to the MultiSport Index 2025 report, 93% of physically active Poles believe that various forms of exercise have a positive impact on their mental and physical wellbeing. Furthermore, 68% of respondents who engage in physical activity declare that they would not limit themselves to a single discipline. One in three Poles wants to try a new form of activity, and 64% of physically active people admit that they want to increase their level of physical activity. The increased number of clubs available to existing Total Fitness users creates real opportunities for this, facilitating more frequent, more diverse and better tailored training sessions in the Zdrofit network.

Only facilities that accept Plus passes – Zdrofit Homepark Janki, Zdrofit Homepark Targówek, Zdrofit Metro Świętokrzyska, Zdrofit Galeria Północna and Zdrofit Fort Wola in Warsaw and Zdrofit Orzechowa in Gdańsk – are excluded.
