Benefit Systems increases its involvement in the fitness market and acquires a 51% stake in the Endorfina network.

The acquisition of the Endorfina network is a strategic decision by Benefit Systems to strengthen its portfolio of own fitness clubs in south-eastern Poland. In the first phase of the transaction, the company acquired 51% of shares in the Endorfina network, which has facilities in Lublin (3), Rzeszów (3), Radom (2), Częstochowa (1), Kielce (1) and Starachowice (1). Following the transaction, Benefit Systems’ portfolio of its own fitness clubs will increase to nearly 280 facilities.

Endorfina is a long-term partner of the MultiSport Programme, and its clubs are very popular among Benefit Systems Group sports card users. – The Endorfina network is a combination of high standards, attention to user comfort and modern design. He adds: – With the acquisition of the Endorfina network, we are increasing our presence in south-eastern Poland, in locations that are extremely important from the point of view of our sports card users.

Endorfina is a network of large-scale and well-equipped facilities covering a total of over 19,500 square metres. These clubs have an extensive training offer, from 7 to 15 zones, including cardio, free weights, functional and group training rooms, as well as specialised zones, e.g. Booty Builder (machines and equipment designed to build and strengthen the glutes), Eleiko (a zone for fans and competitors of strength sports such as weightlifting or powerlifting) and a 3x3 football pitch. In Radom, the Endorfina club has an additionally expanded, two-level wellness & spa zone (Endorfina Radom Chrobrego). In its clubs, the network – which focuses on sustainable development and ecology – uses cardio equipment with an energy recovery system.
