Benefit Systems in top form: record financial results for 2025, ambitious development strategy and new dividend policy.

The company ended 2025 with record financial results. Consolidated revenues increased by 33% year-on-year to over PLN 4.5 billion and adjusted operating profit increased by 29% year-on-year to PLN 924 million. At the end of 2025, the group had almost 550 of its own fitness clubs and over 2.5 million sports card users in six countries. Along with the publication of its financial results, Benefit Systems presented a new dividend policy for the coming years and an updated development strategy until 2027.

– Last year we were intensively implementing our development strategy, both through organic growth and improved operating results. We were also involved in significant acquisition activities. We have achieved record results while the sales dynamics of sports cards and B2C passes remain high. We have implemented numerous initiatives to strengthen the product potential and recognition of our brands in local markets. At the same time, we have prepared the MultiSport Programme for international implementation, which is a natural step in the development of our flagship product. Since the beginning of March this year, the MultiSport Programme has provided its users with access to a total of over 11,000 sports and recreation facilities in six countries. We are consistently expanding our competencies for the next stages of growth and continue our activities aimed at further strengthening our position both on the domestic and international markets – says Emilia Rogalewicz, Management Board Member at Benefit Systems.

In the fourth quarter of last year, Benefit Systems Group’s sales revenue amounted to PLN 1,293 million (+41% year-on-year), adjusted operating profit amounted to PLN 254 million (+39% year-on-year; adjusted for the costs of the incentive programme and other one-off events), and reported net profit attributable to shareholders of the parent company reached PLN 159 million (+39% year-on-year). In 2025, revenues amounted to over PLN 4.5 billion, and adjusted operating profit was PLN 924 million.

– We ended last year with record financial results, which allows us to look to 2026 with great optimism. Especially since its beginning has been very successful. We are seeing a significant increase in sales of both sports cards and B2C passes. In the first two months of the year, the sports card base in Poland increased by approximately 50,000, while on foreign markets there were several thousand more of them. Our fitness networks are also maintaining very good dynamics – emphasises Marcin Fojudzki, Management Board Member at Benefit Systems, and adds: – Considering the achieved results and the continuing, favourable development prospects in the coming years, we have adopted a continuation of the dividend policy for 2026–2028. It assumes a recommendation to pay a dividend of at least 60% of the adjusted consolidated net profit.

Poland Segment

Compared to 2024, in 2025 the segment (sports cards, the Multi.Life Programme, MyBenefit cafeteria and fitness club networks, including Zdrofit) increased its revenues by 17% to nearly PLN 2.9 billion. The number of sports card users increased by over 190,000 to nearly 1.8 million at the end of last year. In 2026, the company plans to expand its sports card user base in Poland by approximately 130,000. It also maintains plans to increase the number of MyBenefit platform users and further scale the Multi.Life Programme.

At the end of last year, the group had nearly 280 of its own fitness clubs, which were attended by 339,000 B2C users in December last year (+25% year-on-year).

EU Segment (Czech Republic, Slovakia, Croatia and Bulgaria)

At the end of December 2025, there were over 680,000 MultiSport card users, and the revenues of the EU Segment amounted to nearly PLN 1.2 billion (+29% year-on-year). The plans for 2026 include acquiring over 100,000 new card users in four markets and opening over 20 new fitness clubs.

Turkey Segment

At the end of the year, in Turkey there were 57,000 MultiSport card users and the group had 140 its own fitness clubs (MAC). The acquisition of the MAC Group, a leader in the Turkish fitness market, was a key event in 2025 and lays the foundation for further strengthening the position of the MultiSport Programme in the country. The revenues of this segment amounted to PLN 473 million in 2025, which means a significant year-on-year increase due to the consolidation of the MAC Group’s results and the growing MultiSport card user base.

Outlook

– Our expectations for 2026 remain unchanged from what we presented in November last year. We anticipate approximately 130,000 new cards in Poland, at least 100,000 new cards in the EU Segment, and a significant acceleration in year-on-year card growth in Turkey. As part of our investment plans, we are analysing markets for potential acquisitions, continuing to spend on technological development and product offerings as well as planning to open approximately 70 new fitness clubs – adds Marcin Fojudzki.

Updated 2027 Strategy

The company has updated its development strategy until 2027, taking into consideration the impact of the acquisition of the Turkish MAC Group. It assumes having 2.95 to 3.15 million sports card users and 730 to 820 fitness clubs by the end of 2027, as well as achieving consolidated revenues of PLN 6.4 to 7.0 billion and an adjusted operating profit margin of 20% to 21% in 2027. Dividend policy for 2026–2028

On the date of publication of the 2025 financial statements, Benefit Systems adopted a dividend policy for 2026–2028, which assumes a continuation of the company’s current policy of sharing profits with shareholders at a level of at least 60% of the consolidated adjusted net profit.
