Benefit Systems has acquired 100% of shares in YesIndeed Sp. z o.o., which creates comprehensive gamification and incentive systems and offers the WannaBuy cafeteria platform. The companies cooperated in the organisation of two editions of the MultiSport Programme’s “Summer Game”. The purchase of YesIndeed aims at extending the Benefit Systems offer with digital solutions and know-how that fit into the Group’s long-term product development strategy
YesIndeed is a leader in solutions that use gamification in sales support programmes used by international companies from the financial, FMCG and automotive industries.
– We cooperated with YesIndeed on the occasion of the last year’s MultiSport Summer Game. We saw then how effective and engaging the solutions it offers are. We are glad that YesIndeed, together with its entire team and its products, becomes a part of the Benefit Systems Group. YesIndeed solutions are programmes used for activating and supporting sales and HR areas as well as WannaBuy, a cafeteria system with solutions in the area of wellbeing and gamification elements. An important competence of YI are audits of sales forces and internal structures, which emphasise synergies and enable optimal shaping of the departments’ structure within an organisation.
– Benefit Systems carefully observes market trends to develop and create innovative solutions that respond to the changing needs of its customers. Gamification is perfect for training, onboarding or wellbeing programmes, having a real impact on building employee engagement and shaping pro-health attitudes and habits – adds Dariusz Deszczka, Head of Product Development at Benefit Systems who will join the YesIndeed Management Board and will be responsible for the integration process.
The YesIndeed team and the current Management Board, i.e. Piotr Maciejewski, Izabela Nasiłowska-Włodarek and Paweł Kornosz, will continue their work and develop products with full support of Benefit Systems.
