A song by Paulina Przybysz in the fitness clubs’ campaign will encourage Poles to be active

“Get ready!” nationwide educational campaign by seven fitness networks enters the next, musical stage. On November 5, a special action connected with the premiere of a song by Paulina Przybysz will start as part of the project. The song has one goal: to get Poles off the couch and encourage them to exercise regularly. Anyone who wants to take up a sports challenge can be featured in the “Get ready!” video. The musical action is organised by fitness networks belonging to Benefit Systems, including Zdrofit, as well as Medonet and Onet portals.

“Get ready!” campaign is a long-term educational project aimed at increasing Poles’ knowledge of the positive impact of exercise and sport on the quality of life, health, and wellbeing.In the spirit of this initiative, a special musical action was created with a song by Paulina Przybysz, which promotes sport in a joyful, dance-like version. – In our song Paulina Przybysz sings about feeling “light”, referring not only to kilogrammes. With this song we invite Poles to discover various forms of exercise tailored to their preferences. We want to show them that sport does not have to be a challenge or an unpleasant duty but can become a way to spend time pleasantly and improve one’s health. We believe that regular physical activity will bring more joy, acceptance and self-satisfaction to Poles’ lives and will also help them cope with stress more effectively – says Daniel Biegaj, Marketing and E-commerce Director at Benefit Systems Fitness Unit responsible for marketing communication of such fitness networks as Zdrofit or Yes2Move.com.

Who can participate?

Anyone who wants to inspire others to start an active lifestyle can take part in the musical action launched at the beginning of November.

What do you have to do?

Listen to the song at www.przygotujsie.medonet.pl and send a video with your dance in one of the three versions of the choreography suggested by the organisers or any other form of physical activity. The films selected by the organisers will become part of a larger video that will promote a healthy lifestyle and physical activity among Poles showing that exercise and sport mean joy, good shape and health.

Poles need to move

The results of the National Health Test of Poles 2021 conducted by Medonet indicate that during the pandemic the Health Index of Poles decreased by 7%. Both the physical and mental condition of the respondents deteriorated.

The significant impact of exercise on the psychophysical condition is confirmed, among others, by users of Zdrofit fitness clubs, including over 90% of them who indicate that regular exercise supports their body’s immunity, reduces the effects of sedentary work, and minimises stress and mental overload[1].

Benefit Systems fitness networks and Medonet join forces in the #GetReady campaign

The creative concept of the campaign has been developed by European Business Dialogue which also supervises its implementation.
