On 8 March 2022 a new FitFabric fitness club was opened in 5 Strażacka Street in Łódź. It is the eighteenth facility of this network that will operate in the Łódź Province. The FitFabric network, owned by Benefit Systems, focuses not only on building the physical condition of its members but also supports their psychophysical health as part of the Antistress Harmony and Antistress Energy classes.
The new FitFabric club was opened in a very convenient location in the large housing estate – Chojny. The spacious facility features, among others, two fitness rooms and a modern, well-equipped gym with a part intended for functional training. The club’s offer, as in the case of other FitFabric facilities, offers popular training programmes as well as some original classes developed by a team of experts, such as workouts promoting stress reduction – Antistress Harmony and Antistress Energy, classes supporting healthy spine as well as the internationally recognised Les Mills trainings.
In the “Movement is healthy” survey conducted by Benefit Systems in 2021, 92% out of 1,000 fitness club users indicated that physical activity helps them relieve stress and mental overload, 94% emphasised that regular training supports their resistance, and 97% admitted that physical activity helps them to reduce the negative effects of sedentary work.
In addition to the facility at Strażacka Street, FitFabric is planning to open its club in another location. In the first quarter of 2023, enthusiasts of spending time actively will be able to take advantage of the new network’s club with an area of over 1,900 m² located in a historic, post-industrial building that is part of the WIMA Widzewska Manufaktura complex.
The FitFabric network has been developing its activities on the Łódź market since 2013. Currently, it is part of the Benefit Systems Capital Group, which also owns Zdrofit, Fitness Academy, My Fitness Place, Fabryka Formy, StepONE and S4 Fitness networks, and since November 2021 – also the Total Fitness network.
