In the “Good Morning with MultiLife” campaign Benefit Systems reminds everyone that it is worth taking care of oneself every day

The Benefit Systems “Good Morning with MultiLife” campaign, the aim of which is to build employers’ and employees’ awareness of the new MultiLife product – a modern online platform with Multiaccess to partner services in the field of psychology, health, development and nutrition campaign, has been launched. The platform is a response to the growing need to care for the wellbeing of working Poles in a comprehensive way. The first stage of the campaign will last until the end of April 2023.

Long-term overload with duties, responsible and difficult tasks, stress or exhausting work result in health problems or professional burnout more and more often. The problem is noticed by employers all over the world: according to Willis Tower Watson (Benefit Trends 2021 report), as many as 73% of them consider stress and professional burnout of their subordinates as the most important challenges in managing people and three out of five employers intend to pay special attention to supporting both mental and physical condition of their employees as well as the flexibility of implemented solutions. Wellbeing benefits are the answer to these needs. However, they must be adapted to the new realities: available online 24 hours a day, seven days a week, personalised and tailored to the needs of individual groups of employees.

The needs of employers related to caring for the wellbeing of their employees are addressed by the MultiLife platform presented in the “Good Morning with MultiLife” campaign. The new product is available online and provides access to a wide range of services in four areas: health, psychology, nutrition, and development. It offers its users numerous online services which meet the employees’ needs related to self-care in a comprehensive way. In addition, MultiLife is intended to support employers in ensuring their employees’ psychophysical wellbeing, engagement, and motivation as well as higher talent retention. According to the “From a wave of leaves to a wave of changes” report by Deloitte, as many as 91% of employees stated that the lack of concern for their wellbeing on the part of the employer would encourage them to look for a new job.

As part of the MultiLife online platform, users can take advantage of Youniversity development courses and ESKK language courses, a library of Legimi e-books and audiobooks, consultations with a nutritionist, personal trainer, and psychologist or Focusly application for meditation, stress reduction and relaxation. These services are available at any time, in three packages tailored to employees’ needs: MultiLife Extra, MultiLife Basic and MultiLife Active&Relax.

– In the campaign, the main creative idea of which is “Good Morning with MultiLife”, we wanted to show people who enthusiastically start their day with MultiLife services. We focused on short, realistic, natural scenes in the home environment that show the use of the platform as it looks in real life. In this way, we have gained a pictorial representation of key benefits that do not need a thousand words. MutliLife gives its users numerous opportunities to take care of themselves as well as their development and wellbeing. This is what our campaign is about. With the launch of the campaign, MultiLife Facebook and Instagram profiles were also set up: https://www.facebook.com/multilife.polska and https://www.instagram.com/multilife.polska/. They aim at supporting people’s development and educating them on how important wellbeing is in our lives.

The “Good Morning with MultiLife” campaign in digital channels will last until the end of April and will be carried out with particular emphasis on YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, with strong support for display formats. The communication strategy of the MultiLife brand and the ads for the campaign has been developed by the ASAP&ASAP agency, which will also handle MultiLife brand’s social media. The media have been purchased and optimised by Benefit Systems.
