Benefit Systems has finalised the purchase agreement for six Saturn Fitness clubs, thus increasing the number of its own fitness clubs in Poland to 192. The acquired facilities will strengthen the Group’s offer in cities strategic for the MultiSport Programme, such as Kraków or Gdynia as well as those in Upper Silesia. Saturn Fitness clubs have been valued for their attractive and diverse range of activities, the quality of sports equipment, extensive wellness zones and modern interior design for years. The value of the transaction is PLN 27.6 million.
