The Zdrofit network has increased the number of its locations in Warsaw and Toruń

Warsaw’s S4 clubs and Fabryka Formy in Toruń have joined Zdrofit – the largest fitness network in Poland, which after the changes has as many as 93 clubs throughout the country.

– S4 clubs and Toruń’s Fabryka Formy have joined the well-known and very popular Zdrofit brand. This change will guarantee customers access to the entire network as well as the standard of services and customer service known from Zdrofit clubs. This is good news for customers of the smaller S4 network as it means expanding training opportunities by several dozen locations, not to mention a significantly expanded portfolio of sports activities – says Tomasz Groń, managing director of fitness clubs owned by Benefit Systems.

Zdrofit clubs are situated in convenient communication points, providing customers with easy access to a wide range of various sports activities. Currently, the offer of the clubs can be used in Warsaw, the Tri-City, Szczecin, Włocławek, Płock and Kielce as well as in Toruń and Białystok. As part of the organised group classes, there are nearly a hundred formats to choose from, starting from body-shaping traning, through health-promoting and relaxing activities, to typical dance and martial arts-related classes. The clubs are equipped with safe, certified equipment for endurance, strength, and functional training. Zdrofit also offers wellness zones with saunas necessary for post-workout regeneration of the body. In selected locations one can use the services provided by physiotherapists (Zdrofit Zdrowe Miejsce medical facilities).

This year’s MultiSport Index 2023 report shows that fitness clubs and gyms enjoy the greatest increase in popularity in recent months (a change of 11% compared to the previous survey). Currently, 42% of Poles exercise for better mental condition and 25% – for health prevention.
