Ninth Fabryka Formy in Poznań

The new Fabryka Formy fitness club features over three thousand square meters of space, eight training zones as well as innovative and comprehensive SkillX area. The facility – located next to the Arena Sports and Entertainment Hall – will be opened on 11 October.

The new Fabryka Formy Korty Arena fitness club will be available from 11 October. This is the network’s ninth gym in the capital of Greater Poland. It is situated next to the Arena Sports and Entertainment Hall at 35 Reymonta Street. The club’s location in the city centre provides convenient access by public transport as there are tram and bus stops nearby. There have been also parking spaces prepared for drivers. The club will be open from Monday to Friday between 06:30 and 22:30, on Saturdays from 08:00 to 21:00 and on Sundays from 08:00 to 20:00.

– We invite all Poznań residents, both those who train regularly and those who are considering starting their workouts with the support of trainers and instructors, to the new Fabryka Formy fitness club – encourages Tomasz Groń, Managing Director of Benefit Systems Fitness Unit. – According to the results of the MultiSport Index 2023 survey, 74% of inhabitants of Greater Poland practice sports with relaxation and health prevention in mind, and 9% focus primarily on their appearance and body shape. We have prepared a modern, professionally equipped, and attractive space that will allow everyone – regardless of their motivation – to meet their needs and goals – adds Tomasz Groń.

Fabryka Formy Korty Arena Poznań features over three thousand square meters of space, including eight training zones, a tennis court, six badminton courts, three squash courts as well as dry and infrared saunas. Group classes include mainly strengthening, endurance, Les Milles, dance, body & mind, and metabolic workouts.

A new feature will be the Sport zone. This is a place both for people who already train regularly and for those who are just starting their adventure in a fitness club. The area is distinguished by modern technological solutions and the equipment to monitor the effects of training. In the zone club members will be able to exercise using different SkillX tools. These are used for a comprehensive individual or group training under the supervision of a trainer, focusing on the four pillars of physical fitness: agility, strength, speed and endurance. Exercisers use professional cardio equipment and accessories such as Skillmill – the first muscle-powered treadmill created with the participation of athletes competing in the Olympic Games, Skillbike – a stationary bike whose mechanisms imitate riding in natural conditions, Skillrow – a rowing ergometer enabling cardio and strength training, and Skilltoolls – tools enabling comprehensive warm-up, proper training and stretching.

For those who have not had the opportunity to exercise in a fitness club before, a free introductory meeting with a trainer has been prepared, during which a body composition analysis and a health test are carried out. Based on the information obtained, trainers will advise how to exercise effectively and safely. They will also help choose appropriate classes.

– Physical activity plays a huge role in our lives. It affects not only our physical, but also our mental condition. We are constantly working to expand our offer so that as many residents of Poznań and the surrounding area as possible have easy access to the activities provided by our fitness clubs – says Tomasz Groń. – According to the MultiSport Index 2023 report, 57% of inhabitants of Greater Poland practise sports at least once a week, and for 11% of respondents working out in a gym or fitness club is the most frequently chosen type of activity. It is only surpassed by cycling (14%) and walking (12%). I believe that the new place on the sports map of Poznań will encourage more people to engage in regular activity fully tailored to their individual needs and preferences – emphasises the Managing Director of Benefit Systems Fitness Unit.

Passes at attractive prices can already be pre-ordered. The club’s offer can also be used with a MultiSport card. The Happy Hours promotion will be valid until further notice. As part of it, one can take advantage of the club’s offer once, free of charge from Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 16:00, on Saturdays from 08:00 to 21:00 and on Sundays from 08:00 to 20:00.
