Benefit Systems adds 5 Calypso Fitness gyms in Warsaw, Katowice and Bytom to its own club portfolio. As a result, the company will enhance its product offering in major agglomerations, while the number of clubs in its own network in Poland will soon reach 208. The value of the transaction amounts to PLN 22 million, of which PLN 13 million will be paid by Benefit Systems to the other Calypso Fitness S.A. shareholders as part of the deal.
