Warsaw’s newest fitness club, Zdrofit Fort Wola, summarises its first month of operation and looks at the physical activity of Warsaw residents. Dance classes took first place among the most frequently chosen fitness training sessions. LesMills and Body&Mind workouts also made it to the podium.

Zdrofit is a network of fitness clubs owned by Benefit Systems. The clubs promote healthy exercise in accordance with the philosophy that physical activity is available to everyone who wants to take care of their health, regardless of age, body shape and previous achievements.
