Studio Zdrofit – the first smart fitness club has been opened in Warsaw.

The first boutique Studio Zdrofit club, whose hallmark is modern technology, was opened in Warsaw’s Wilanów district. The studio operates based on the use of artificial intelligence, taking training personalisation to a completely new level. This is the first fitness club that recognises customers and adapts to them.

Studio Zdrofit is a completely new format in the portfolio of fitness clubs owned by Benefit Systems. The club provides a well-balanced combination of professional coaching with complete training supported by artificial intelligence. The machines adapt to the needs of exercisers – their training goals, advancement level and body parameters. Thanks to this, the workout is as effective, intuitive, and safe as possible.

Onboarding at Studio Zdrofit

People starting training at Studio Zdrofit can take advantage of the onboarding package, which includes two free meetings with a personal trainer. This is the time to familiarise yourself with the club’s offer, diagnose your needs and training goals, analyse your body composition and determine your level of physical fitness, and prepare a training plan. All these parameters and arrangements are entered into the memory of a special computer – the kiosk. The first meeting is also a time to familiarise yourself with modern exercise equipment under the supervision of a personal trainer. After completing onboarding, the Studio’s customers will have the appropriate skills to independently use the facility and its functionality.

Circuit training with artificial intelligence

Circuit training supported by artificial intelligence is a unique concept of Studio Zdrofit. At the start, trainees receive a special wristband with which they log in at the above-mentioned kiosk before starting each training session. The kiosk ensures that all machines used in circuit training automatically adjust to the height, weight, strength, and individual goals of each exerciser. Additionally, the smart training system monitors the time, intensity, and course of training, guiding the exerciser through subsequent activities on individual training machines. The entire training lasts half an hour, and its summary is available in the application.

300 square meters of space with an intimate character

The club has an intimate character. It is also the right place for everyone who is looking for a fully personalised offer or is starting an adventure in a fitness club.

The three-hundred-square-meter area was designed in a cosy, bright and modern aesthetic. The space is divided into four zones: circuit, functional, personal, and fitness training. Fans of traditional solutions can therefore also use well-known cardio training equipment or free weights.

Studio Zdrofit is the first place in Miasteczko Wilanów where you can take part in Hot Yoga classes. This is a training performed at a temperature of approximately 40°C. Exercises at elevated temperatures have a positive effect on the body. They reduce the risk of injury, support the body’s performance, but also have a relaxing effect.

The catalogue of group classes also includes very popular Body&Mind classes, including Aerial Joga (yoga in hammocks suspended from the ceiling), Pilates, and stretching. There are also well-known and popular classes such as strengthening (Full Body Workout, Buttocks and Abdomen, Barbells), metabolic (Tabata) and specialised (Cross) workouts on offer.

Studio Zdrofit is situated in Warsaw, in the heart of Miasteczko Wilanów, at 15 Klimczaka Street. From Monday to Friday, it is open from 06:00 to 22:00, and on weekends – from 08:00 to 20:00.

To use the Studio Zdrofit offer, you just need to buy a pass. On its basis, you can also exercise in other Zdrofit clubs. People who already have a Zdrofit network pass can also train in the new club after completing the appropriate formalities and updating their pass. The Studio also accepts MultiSport cards.
