Benefit Systems S.A., which offers programmes supporting employee well-being, will acquire 18.53% of shares in SmartLunch S.A., which organises mass catering in medium and large-sized enterprises. The transaction included a non-financial contribution in the form of Lunching.pl, which, as part of the merger, will provide the dynamically developing SmartLunch with its know-how and resources. The estimated value of the transaction is nearly PLN 60 million.

The company has created a platform thanks to which employees can order meals delivered straight to their workplace every day. The SmartLunch benefit supports employers in taking care of the well-being of their employees, because the company cooperates with catering establishments offering high-quality, nutritious dishes which are delivered at an agreed time.
