“How to change your mind by being active” film by the Veritas Foundation is a story about the power of physical activity and its fascinating impact on the human mind and body. It combines expert knowledge with the valuable experiences of sports enthusiasts, including Cezary Pazura and Maciej Stuhr. MultiSport and MultiLife programmes belonging to Benefit Systems have become the project partners. The film will be available free of charge to all interested parties.
