Zdrofit has opened its 117th fitness club in Poland. The facility, located in Warsaw’s Ursus district, is another strategic move by the network owned by Benefit Systems. Zdrofit representatives emphasise that their most important goal is to increase the availability of professional training spaces in the country.

Warsaw residents have gained a new point on the capital’s fitness map: a Zdrofit club at 40a Leszczyńskiego Street in Ursus. This is the network’s 117th club in Poland, 63rd one in Warsaw and 3rd one in this district. The decision to locate it in Ursus was made after a thorough market analysis that revealed significant demographic growth in the area, an increase in the number of new residential investments and a growing demand for modern fitness spaces in this part of Warsaw.

The fitness sector in Poland has great development potential, and the growing awareness of the impact of physical activity on a long and healthy life and the post-pandemic change in the way of working open prospects for us not only in the largest cities and their business parts, but also in peripheral districts and towns situated near large agglomerations. We follow our customers by opening clubs where they spend most of their time and need easy access to professional training spaces. A wide range of training courses and extensive infrastructure

The new Zdrofit club is situated in an office and service building. With an area of 2,150 square meters, the facility is one of the largest clubs in Warsaw and one of five in the capital whose area exceeds 2,000 square meters.

It is designed to provide a comfortable and versatile training space for people of all skill levels, in line with network standards. The club offers a wide selection of complementary training zones, including functional training, free weights, machines, cardio, a fitness room and a cycling room. Customers also have access to a recovery zone and an extensive relaxation zone, equipped with an infrared sauna, a dry sauna, loungers, a salt wall and an icefall.

People coming to the new club can also take advantage of a wide range of group classes, including Body&Mind with the record-breaking popularity of yoga, Pilates and stretching, the equally popular Les Mills® or dance with Zumba® and Commercial, a combination of various dance techniques inspired by the styles of hip-hop, dancehall, twerk, sexy dance and jazz funk. There are also strengthening, metabolic and endurance classes.

The network provides professional support from trainers, including an onboarding package for people starting their adventure with physical activity. Technological support for users is provided by the ZdrowAppka mobile application, which enables the creation of personalised training plans and management of the visit schedule.

Development of the Zdrofit network in agglomerations and beyond
