Benefit Systems wins the 2025 Trustworthy Employer Award

On 5 November 2025, the gala of the 15th edition of the Trustworthy Employer competition – an initiative promoting companies that build their organisational culture responsibly, support the professional development of employees, and shape positive role models in the labour market – took place at the Warsaw School of Economics. In this year’s edition of the competition, Benefit Systems was recognised in the Motivation category.

The jury appreciated the company for consistently building a work environment based on trust, partnership and commitment, as well as for implementing a comprehensive and diversified benefits package for Benefit Systems employees with over 30 solutions supporting psychophysical health, professional and personal development, as well as work-life balance. Benefits include proprietary Benefit Systems solutions such as the MultiSport card, the Multi.Life wellbeing programme, and the MyBenefit cafeteria, which support employee wellbeing and engagement in a holistic way. The package is complemented by external benefits, including private medical care, health and life insurance, concierge services, and much more.

Thanks to its comprehensive and inclusive range of motivational programmes, Benefit Systems not only supports the professional development of its employees, but also builds a culture of mutual appreciation, cooperation and commitment within the organisation. In the last 12 months alone, Benefit Systems has conducted over 250 training courses attended by nearly 4,000 of the company’s employees. Additionally, almost 4,500 courses have been completed on the Leon training platform.

This is the second distinction for Benefit Systems in the history of the competition. In 2021, the company received the Trustworthy Employer Special Award for responsible actions towards employees and business partners during the COVID-19 pandemic.

The Trustworthy Employer competition, organised since 2009, recognises companies that take special care of their relations with employees and implement an employment policy based on responsibility and ethics. The aim of the initiative is to promote best practices in HR, CSR and sustainable development and to inspire companies to create a friendly and motivating work environment.
