In the third quarter of this year, the Benefit Systems Group generated record revenue of PLN 1,184 million (a 42% year-on-year increase) for the second time in a row. The group’s adjusted operating profit amounted to PLN 283 million (a 42% year-on-year change). The solid, double-digit growth was influenced by the group’s sales activities, including an increase in the number of MultiSport cards and fitness club passes, as well as investments in the Turkish MAC network. At the end of the third quarter, the group had nearly 2.4 million sports cards, approximately 650,000 B2C passes and almost 500 fitness clubs across all markets.
– We have had a very intense and good three quarters of the year, which we look back on with satisfaction. We maintain good sales dynamics in all markets, and our sales and marketing activities are bringing the desired results. The group’s results in this and the remaining quarters of the year give a clear signal that the adopted strategy is the right one and provides us with both the expected business resilience and successive growth. The group’s revenues and the significant increase in adjusted EBIT by 42% compared to the same period last year are particularly satisfactory. In the coming periods, we expect improved results on the Turkish market and stable growth in other regions, in line with our assumptions – says Marcin Fojudzki, CFO and Management Board Member at Benefit Systems.
In the third quarter of this year, the Benefit Systems Group’s sales revenues reached a record PLN 1,184 million and were 42% higher than in the same period in 2024. The group recorded PLN 283 million of operating profit (adjusted for the costs of the Incentive Programme and other one-off events) and PLN 211.9 million of net profit attributable to shareholders of the parent entity (+58% year-on-year change).
At the end of the third quarter, the group had 2,376,000 sports cards across all markets. – The increase in the number of cards is better than expected, and after the first two months of the current quarter, we know that we have exceeded this year’s target of 280,000 cards in Poland and abroad – comments Emilia Rogalewicz, Management Board Member at Benefit Systems.
Poland Segment
In the third quarter, sales revenues of the Poland Segment amounted to PLN 712.8 million, which means a 16% year-on-year increase (in the three quarters of 2025: PLN 2,105.8 million, a change of 16% year-on-year). The number of cards in Poland at the end of the quarter reached 1,697,000, which means a stable increase of 13% year-on-year. In the first two months of the fourth quarter of 2025, the number of cards on the Polish market increased by another 66,000, reaching a total of 1,763,000.
– We are pleased to observe the systematic growth of cards on the domestic market, where the card has been present for over two decades. This is a signal that, despite the passage of time, the card meets the expectations of new generations of employees, and its goal – to support preventive health care and the wellbeing of card holders – resonates with the deepening social problems and challenges in the labour market more and more strongly. The strength of the MultiSport Programme is both its relevance to the needs as well as the wide range of dozens of different forms of activity and over 6,000 partner facilities – adds Emilia Rogalewicz.
At the end of the third quarter of this year, the group’s own fitness networks had 257 clubs in Poland (3 clubs acquired through acquisitions, 3 organic openings), and the number of B2C passes amounted to 292,000.
– The number of new passes is steadily increasing, and clubs’ revenues per square meter are growing faster than costs. This is due to both effective management and the development of the fitness offering, which includes the successive addition of new, competitive training formats not available in other fitness networks. As a result, the fitness club segment in Poland closes the third quarter with an impressive EBIT increase of as much as 55% compared to the same period in 2024 – explains Marek Trepko, Management Board Member at Benefit Systems responsible for the development of fitness networks in Poland and abroad.
EU Segment
The revenues of the EU Segment amounted to PLN 297.5 million (an increase of 34% year-on-year) in the third quarter and PLN 848.7 million (a change of +27% year-on-year) in the first three quarters of 2025. The segment’s quarterly operating profit amounted to PLN 39.5 million, and for the first 9 months of this year it amounted to PLN 84.3 million. At the end of the third quarter, the group had 635,000 MultiSport cards in EU markets, with growth dynamics reaching +29% year-on-year. Good sales results were also recorded in October and November, as another 32,000 cards were added during these months. At the end of the quarter, the group had 104 clubs in EU markets. In the third quarter, as many as 8 new locations were opened and 3 clubs were acquired. Since the beginning of 2025, a total of 22 new facilities have been added. The group intends to continue developing the network, planning to open further locations this year and at least 20 in 2026. After intensive network expansion, the group will focus on changes in the clubs’ offer as well as sales and marketing activities in the B2C channel.
Turkey Segment
The Turkish market, which stood out in 2025 in terms of investments made, recorded revenues of PLN 175.5 million in the third quarter and PLN 280.7 million in the first three quarters. Operating profit in the third quarter of 2025 amounted to PLN 46 million, compared to an PLN 8 million loss a year ago. The number of active MultiSport cards at the end of the third quarter amounted to 43,700 and has doubled since 2024. The clubs of the MAC chain acquired this year were used by 334,000 people, and the number of clubs amounted to 138 (including 7 opened only in Q3 2025).
– The acquisition of the MAC Group confirms our belief that investing in the Turkish market was a good decision. We also see further potential for the development of the MAC network and are planning over 30 new openings in 2026. We believe that all these variables will ensure dynamic growth of the B2C user base, but above all of the MultiSport Programme – comments Marek Trepko.
