In connection with the announcement by the President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection, the Management Board of Benefit Systems S.A. hereby informs that at this stage it does not agree with the allegations presented in the decisions addressed to the Company. We would like to emphasise that the Company has only been charged with allegations. At this stage, no violation of the law has been determined. The Company will cooperate closely with the Office. Until a final decision is issued, the Company will take all necessary steps not only to clarify the matter, but also to analyse its actions and standards applied to consumers, whom we treat as a priority.
