As many as 42% of adult Poles declare that they would like to reduce their body weight¹. Although we do not lack motivation, the road to the goal can be bumpy – 80% of people return to their original weight after restrictive fasting². Why is it so hard for us to stick to our resolutions and how can we start eating consciously, without pressure and the yo-yo effect?
