Free group classes, consultations with trainers and the opportunity to use modern equipment – all this awaits participants of Open Days organised by leading fitness networks in Poland. On 26–31 March 2026, anyone who wants to start their adventure with physical activity will be able to visit any of nearly 300 fitness clubs belonging to such networks as Zdrofit, Fabryka Formy, Fitness Academy, Fit Fabric, My Fitness Place and Saturn Fitness for free.
Open Days are a comprehensive experience that allows to explore what regular physical activity in modern sports facilities can offer. It is also an opportunity for many people who are just thinking about starting an active lifestyle.
An analysis commissioned by Benefit Systems indicates that in 2024, over 17 million people (approximately 77% of the working-age population) did not meet the activity levels recommended by the WHO. As the organisers point out, this is one of the reasons why Open Days take place from 26 to 31 March in nearly 300 fitness clubs across Poland.
– During these days, people can visit all fitness network facilities, such as Zdrofit, Fabryka Formy, Fitness Academy, Fit Fabric, My Fitness Place and Saturn Fitness, completely free of charge and without prior registration. On-site, they will be able to try out various classes, consult with trainers, and familiarise themselves with the available equipment. This is a great opportunity to feel the atmosphere of the club and see what modern training can look like – individually, using machines, and in the form of group classes as well as both in gentle formats and more intense ones – says Mikołaj Werstler from Benefit Systems Fitness Unit.
Thanks to the free-pass formula, all you have to do is visit your chosen club participating in the campaign without the need to register or make an appointment in advance. This solution allows you to freely explore the offer, atmosphere and standard of the facilities.
Detailed information about Open Days and club locations is available on fitness networks’ websites.
