Benefit Systems named “Investor Without Borders”

The company was among the winners of this year’s “Investor Without Borders” competition, which recognises the best investments made by Polish companies abroad and by foreign companies in Poland. The competition is organised by the PTWP Group, the organiser of the European Economic Congress.

Marcin Fojudzki, Management Board Member at Benefit Systems, received the “Investor Without Borders” award in the “Investment by a Polish company abroad” category at the European Economic Congress. He comments:

For this year’s edition, the PTWP Group invited content partners, including chambers of commerce and industry operating in Poland and abroad. The competition jury assessed, amongst other things, the scale and significance of the investment, its economic efficiency, innovation, resilience to market and geopolitical risks, as well as its impact on the economic and social environment.

In the case of Benefit Systems, the organisers highlighted the company’s long-standing growth and its positive impact on society. – Benefit Systems is one of Poland’s most dynamic investors in foreign markets, combining business development with the creation of social value. The company has created the MultiSport Programme – one of the largest schemes promoting physical activity in Europe, available to millions of users in Poland and abroad. The company operates in many countries across the region, developing a service model tailored to local markets. A key step in its expansion was the acquisition of the Turkish MAC Group. It was the largest investment in the company’s history and one of the largest foreign transactions carried out by a Polish company. In response to the growing importance of employees’ physical and mental health, Benefit Systems also develops digital solutions such as MyBenefit and MultiLife. The company’s operations demonstrate that Polish service providers can compete effectively in international markets by combining operational scale with a positive social impact.

In 2025, Benefit Systems acquired the leader of the Turkish fitness market – the MAC Group, which currently operates over 140 fitness clubs. The value of the transaction has been estimated at over USD 420 million. By the end of 2025, the group operated nearly 550 of its own fitness clubs, with over 2.5 million members across six countries. Since the beginning of March this year, the MultiSport Programme has provided users with access to a total of over 11,000 sports and recreation facilities across six countries, and the international acceptance of MultiSport cards is a natural step in the development of the Benefit Systems Group’s flagship product.
