    Benefit Systems is maintaining its momentum – solid financial results and continued growth in scale and efficiency.

    The Benefit Systems Group continues to grow rapidly across six markets, driven by current trends and employers’ increasing commitment to preventive healthcare. The group ended the first quarter of this year with 2,648,000 sports cards and 578 of its own fitness clubs. The group reported a 45% year-on-year increase in revenue (PLN 1,384 million), while its adjusted operating profit was up 66% at PLN 248 million. Net profit attributable to shareholders of the parent company rose to PLN 230 million (more than a fourfold increase year-on-year). The Benefit Systems Management Board is maintaining its ambitious targets for 2026.

The first few months of the year confirm that positive operational and sales trends are continuing, and the results achieved are in line with the Management Board’s expectations. The company remains well-positioned for further growth, both organisationally and financially – explains Marcin Fojudzki, Management Board Member at Benefit Systems, adding: – Poland remains our most important market and one with excellent prospects. At the same time, the group’s rapid operational expansion and the growing scale of its international operations are leading to a steady improvement in its business performance. We view this trend very positively and see further potential for value creation in the coming months and years.
    In the first quarter of this year, the Benefit Systems Group’s sales revenue amounted to PLN 1,384 million, which is an increase of 45% compared with the same period in 2025. The results were primarily driven by a growing volume of sports cards and membership passes in the group’s own fitness networks, alongside a moderate rise in ARPU across all markets. The group reported an adjusted operating profit of PLN 248 million (excluding the costs of the incentive programme and one-off items) and a net profit attributable to the parent company’s shareholders of PLN 230 million (compared with a net profit of PLN 57 million a year earlier). Thanks to strong cash generation from operating activities, compared with the end of 2025, the group’s net debt at the end of the quarter fell slightly.
    Poland Segment
    The Poland Segment (sports cards, fitness club networks, including Zdrofit, and the Multi.Life and MyBenefit programmes) recorded a 19% year-on-year increase in revenue to PLN 808 million in the first quarter. Operating profit grew slightly faster, by 20% year-on-year. The number of cards in Poland rose by 12% year-on-year to 1,872,000, while the number of B2C passes stood at 358,000 (a 24% increase year-on-year). At the end of March this year, Benefit Systems managed 295 fitness clubs.
    EU Segment
    The EU Segment, which covers the group’s operations in four markets (the Czech Republic, Bulgaria, Slovakia and Croatia), saw its revenue increase by 33% year-on-year (PLN 350 million). Operating profit rose by 7% year-on-year to PLN 21 million, with trends in the sports card sector remaining very strong (double-digit growth in volumes and rising profitability). The segment’s results are weighed down by the very large scale of new club openings in recent quarters, but as these facilities mature, the results should gradually improve. At the end of March this year, the group operated 132 fitness clubs abroad, with a total of 715,000 membership cards.
    The company continues to analyse the markets for potential acquisitions, while deliberately limiting the pace of new openings and acquisitions of fitness networks. – This decision stems from a focus on maximising sales efficiency and improving the profitability of existing facilities. The priority today remains to fully utilise the potential of the existing networks, increase operational productivity and continue to optimise costs, which in the long term will help to foster more stable and sustainable growth – explains Marek Trepko, Management Board Member at Benefit Systems responsible for fitness area development in Poland and abroad.
    Turkey Segment
    In Turkey, at the end of the first quarter, there were 62,000 MultiSport card users and the group operated 151 of its own fitness clubs (MAC). Revenue for this segment amounted to PLN 228 million, representing a significant year-on-year increase, primarily due to the consolidation of the MAC Group’s results, but also to the growing base of MultiSport cardholders. Furthermore, in line with the targets for 2026, this segment achieved positive gross profitability in the sports cards sector as early as the first quarter.
