Multi.Life launches second season of its wellbeing and leadership videocasts.
The wellbeing platform belonging to Benefit Systems continues its series of expert videocasts called Multi.Life Rozmowy (Multi.Life Talks). The first season generated nearly two million views on the YouTube channel alone, conveying HR knowledge combined with themes of psychology, business and modern technologies.
In its communications, Multi.Life focuses on a substantive approach to the challenges of the modern labour market. This series of videocasts answers the most difficult questions of HR leaders and managers, including how to effectively develop teams while avoiding employee burnout. Moreover, one in six recipients returned for further materials, which shows the considerable loyalty of the audience towards the brand.
The episodes on psychotherapy as well as employee health and development support in the company were particularly popular, confirming the market demand for in-depth, expert knowledge in these areas. Multi.Life survey2shows that building mental resilience is one of the three most important educational priorities for Poles in 2026.
